Property staff went above and beyond, the townhouse was clean and well stocked with fresh towels. Would highly recommend staying with them.

Gracie at the front was a big help and quickly answered my questions with satisfying solutions. The rooms front the outside look like a typical motel, but inside are appointed with luxury materials and tasteful colors. Anything you need is in the room or can be obtained by the dollar store a few blocks away. In addition I still got next day delivery from Amazon even though this is a small tight community of ~7,000 per Wikipedia. The mountains. the sky and the clouds were amazing. I stayed in Roosevelt but this used to called Dry Gulch. And if you look at the buildings I can imagine an old western with a saloon and a sheriff. .

As always the staff and room was great. I always stay with CB&M when i come to town. My last visit was canceled on the day i was supposed to check in due to emergency surgery, and even though i didn't pay for the insurance they still refunded my money for the stay. I'm always happy with them. Thank you.

I didn't quite catch that I had to do an additional registration step that was sent to me via email. No problem, did that same day, and visited the office where a kind a friendly lady checked me in with no fuss in about 3 minutes. I was sent the door code, but I also had the code written on a card from registration desk. Room was very clean, plenty of towels and toiletries. Fridge was useful and had a couple of complementary water bottles. Only thing lacking for me was no iron and ironing board. But they had a good hair blower. The cooling unit worked, but was fairly loud. Same as every other Hotel/Motel in the area though. It cooled well enough by the bed. Would go there again.

The room was clean but it had a strong air freshener smell. I believe those products to be toxic and do not like the in my living space. I could still smell/taste the air freshener for a couple of hours after leaving the hotel. I am trying to keep all toxins out of my body so this isn't a place I would choose to stay again although it was a nice place.

We stayed at this property over Memorial Day weekend 2026 and had an excellent experience. The room was fantastic, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the fully equipped kitchen, which made meal preparation convenient and allowed us to avoid dining out for every meal. The kitchen included hot plates, an air fryer, pots and pans, bowls, basic cooking utensils, and durable dining utensils everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The front desk staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our visit. At one point, I accidentally locked myself out of the laundry room and was worried it would take a long time to resolve, but the staff responded immediately and handled the situation quickly and professionally. We ultimately decided to extend our stay by an additional night, and the process was made completely seamless by the front desk team. Kudos to the staff for providing such outstanding customer service. We would gladly stay here again.
