「Good hotel overall. Studio with all the appliances but small "Queen" size bed and poor breakfast. 」

「Breakfast was really good. Kathy was so nice to help us with anything we needed. The room was very clean. My only complaint was the pool was supposed to be heated but they didn’t have the heater on. It would have been nice to be able to take advantage of a heated pool. Thank you to all the hard workers at the hotel for making our stay possible.」

「Super friendly staff, very helpful. Room was very clean. There was plenty of parking behind the hotel which was situated between a shopping center and a quiet neighborhood. The lobby was spacious and clean as well. Breakfast area was decent. The usual variety of breakfast foods, hot and cold.」

「This was the best place I stayed. However, it was not at the Inn for which I paid. When I arrived, no one was in the office, but I ran into some guys renovating the property. The called the boss for me, and he put me at a much nicer property at Staybridge Suites, 34521 Old Postal Lane, Lewes. That was the nicest place Instayed on this vacations so far and the breakfast was the best. The WiFi was flawless.」

「My family stayed at The Avenue II for 4 days in May. It had everything we needed for our beach trip. The beds were perfect, the room was large for 2 adults and 2 toddlers and very clean! We had a FULL breakfast everyday which held down our meal expense. The indoor pool was delightful for my rambunctious toddler granddaughters.
