"All staff I encountered have been welcoming, friendly and very helpful. We’re really impressed with the reception cafe area and felt right at home- there’s even a PlayStation! We used the microwave to heat up a quick meal and had a drink in the bar."

"Very friendly and welcoming greeting on arrival. Our room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was good but be careful, the bath was very slippery, the shower however had good pressure and nice toiletries were provided.
