"Friendly check in. Great location to the sights. Walkable from train station if you don’t mind a short walk. Would stay here again if I come back to Ghent which was a lovely town. "

"Staff welcoming, room lovely. What let it down was a king bed that was very soft ( sunk hugely on one side ) and the frustration of getting to the front door to deposit bags and check in. With roads closed to cars and one way roads I ended up leaving my husband a few streets away and walking with my bags alone to find the hotel. Then I found out there was basement parking but you need to check in first to get the code! Not super helpful. More communication would avoid frustration! "
