「What a fabulous, family-run hotel, in a brilliant location. I had a great few days skiing and using the spa. The food was excellent and the room very comfortable, but the highlight was the personal approach of the amazing team, led by Christina, who made sure to know her guests and understand their needs perfectly. There's so much to do and you're made incredibly warmly welcome. Look forward to trying the Michelin-starred restaurant on my next visit!」

「This was a beautiful hotel in a very beautiful area! Everyone at the hotel was so nice especially Phillip and his wife! They got ski passes ahead of time for us so we could Ski at the glacier! 「Had been travelled over 10 years but never been charged for asking hot water! My parents were over 75, they would like some hot water for drinking. Due to no cups nor water boiler in the room, we asked for the hot water from the owner nicely. It came out to be..$0.5 euro per 400 ml. You can do your own judgement whether it is reasonable or not. The view of the mountains was absolutely breathtaking and made breakfast a wonderful experience. The location is very convenient, with a direct bus connection to Innsbruck city center and a stop right outside the hotel.
