Great place to go with kids. The pool and play areas are fantastic. Close to restaurants and very interesting location next to horse ranches. Parking is a little tight, but there is indoor and outdoor parking available.

This property exceeded all my expectations. Wonderful accommodations. Wonderful staff. Half board option was well worth the extra price. Included Stubai card allowed us to enjoy all the transportation and attractions that the Stubai Valley has to offer.

Enjoyed sauna and swimming pool, temperature of water was perfect for kids. Food was delicious and kids enjoyed ice cream in evenings. We took half board but with soup option 15 to 17 I would call it full board. Another advantage is kids space.

Very decent hotel with good facilities and good staff of which some are very friendly. The offer and choice of food is very good and the quality more than fine! We stayed with 2 young children that enjoyed the inside pool, outside swimming pont and the big indoor playground. Walking distance to the Schlick2000 gondola up the mountain with a lovelu adventure trail for children. Free passes were provided at the reception during check-in. We had a great time!

All good, except the dinner

Everything else was good, but the dinner quality wasn’t up to the level it should be in hotels that offer half board. Good salad table and cheese table, but everything that came from the kitchen was every time a surprise. Dinner was 7/10, otherwise the stay was 9/10.

We loved the hotel. Personnel were amazing, friendly, professional and made our stay very comfortable. The breakfast and daily dinners with half board were excellent and served by very professional and hard working servers. We extended our stay because it was such an enjoyable experience. The local Stubai card was a very useful and welcome addition as it provided access to transportation, cable cars, the tram and swimming plus more. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is outdated. Reception staff not very competent; friendly though. No answers at easy questions (is there a soccer field in Fulpmes?). Really nice sauna. Mr Botond (Service) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Kitchen not great. Very nice surroundings.

Considering the price and the 4 stars classification we would have expected some more attention to detail. Mattresses to be changed, kids games all broken with lost pieces (also, with so many italian guests, games are all in german), kids menu always the same (no proposals with vegetables of smth different than fried stuff and tomato spaghetti - adult menu often not adaptable, with spiced food). Lastly: no possibility to drink tap water at dinner, the cheapest bottle is 4,20€. Other than that, experience was wonderful, like last year: rooms are perfect, clean, wellness area and swimming pool, kids play area, kind personnel, a nice place to stay.

Fint hotel med god service. Vi havde morgenmad inkluderet og det var ok, synes der manglede lidt variation af mere frugt. Værelset og udsigten var som forventet. Værelset havde en flot udsigt, og fungerede fint som en stop/overnatning inden rejsen gik videre. Vi var 2 vokse og 2 børn. Der havde været problemer med drikkevandet, og vi måtte ikke bruge det til f.eks. tandbørstning. Hotellet tilbød flaskevand som erstatning unden omkostninger.

Grande déception

Grande déception, le rapport qualité prix n'est pas du tout au rdv. Mise à part le petit déjeuner les repas sont plus que desastreux pour ce standing. La piscine en inox est rouillée quant à l'hygiène on se pose des questions. Nous nous attentions à une expérience 100% autrichienne que nous n avons pas du retrouvé sans compter un personnel incompétent et pour la plupart désagréable mise à part le service de restauration qui est au petit soin pour ses clients. Les places de parking sur place sont insuffisantes pour le nombre d'occupants. La vue de notre chambre sur les poubelles était magnifique Par contre point positif, le pass donné à l'arrivée permettant de faire beaucoup d'activités

Un posto veramente bello. Il personale sempre gentile e attento. Avevamo prenotato con mezza pensione e avevamo un po' di paura sulla quantità di cibo per la cena, ma veramente si mangia tanto e benissimo! Abbiamo avuto un problema con la stanza ma al terzo giorno si era liberata un'altra e subito ci hanno fatto lo scambio e alla fine ci hanno fatto lo sconto per la differenza di prezzo tra le stanze senza averlo chiesto noi. Per essere un albergo 4 stelle mi sono mancate il frigo piccolo (con una bimba piccola serviva ma ci siamo organizzati con il frigo in cucina) e il servizio di lavanderia. C'è una lavatrice e una asciugatrice ma ogni capsula si paga €6 euro e devi essere attento a quando è libera ed organizzarti tra le uscite. Nel paese non c'è neanche. Ma per il resto, ottimo e consigliato.
