"Our experience was so bad that we stayed only one night instead the two we booked and paid. The photos of the property are absolutely misleading, there is absolutely no view from inside. The surrounding area is nice, just not from right at the house. The beds were absolutely horrible. And to add insult to the injury the host, located directly above the unit we stayed in, walked around and had conversations until after midnight. We could hear every word and it felt as if someone would fall thru...

"Location is superb and our room overlooking the lake was in an ideal position. Decor and furnishings are modern and tasteful, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast and dinner were delicious - all in all a memorable stay and wish it had been longer"

"It’s up the Grimsel pass about 6 kilometres from Innertkirchen, had a decent spaghetti bolognaise, there’s millions of flies sharing it if you sit outside , it’s not the hotel at fault it’s just Switzerland. Room had a sink in it , nothing else , one shower room and toilet , 13 rooms on the floor we were on , I cannot say how many of these 13 rooms had en suites , if they do not then one shower and one toilet is not enough, £140 for the room is pushing it"
