"No signs on building sp finding it was difficult. First room they gave us you couldn't close the door all the way to lock it. The carpets are disgusting everywhere, in halls and rooms. Graffiti was on the wall in the bathroom. We didn't try the breakfast considering how dirty the place is kept, they've never heard of a carpet cleaner. Even replacement room was dirty, the mattress was stained and dirty. I would never recommend this place. Run, no matter the deal hotel.com offers. If we weren't so tired from driving, we would've left to find a good hotel."

"The room was very clean. The view outside the hotel is absolutely breathtaking. This hotel is across the street from the largest shopping area I have ever seen. Lots of restaurants, shopping, theater, etc right there. My room had a full size refrigerator, electric stove top, microwave and large sink. I will definitely book My Place again."

"The stay was extremely disappointing. At check-in, the employee was rude and unprofessional. He barely acknowledged me, seemed annoyed I interrupted him, and asked confusing questions instead of basic ones like my name. I had booked two beds, yet he repeatedly questioned it and acted frustrated. He also charged a higher pet fee than what was listed online. Later that night, we asked for an extra blanket and pillow. We were told to come back at 11 PM, and when we did, staff argued over who would help us. They said no extra pillows, and when we asked about a blanket, one replied, “you know you can just turn the heater up.” That was dismissive—we weren’t cold, we just needed a blanket. They said they’d bring one, but never did. By midnight, we gave up, and I ended up sleeping with just a sheet. The staff were also openly complaining about other guests, which felt very unprofessional. The room had a strong chemical smell that triggered my asthma, and I developed hives after being in the bed, likely from the detergent. Overall, I would not recommend this property and would not stay here again."

"We use embassy suites for a lot of our family travel when available and my in laws use it exclusively which is why we were so shocked by the poor service we received at this one. We had better service at à la Quinta the next night and a comfort suites the following night than we had here. The front desk girl was rude and clearly wanted to do the bare minimum getting frustrated when we asked her to come up with a solution for our room not being as described. We have a small child with us and requested the 2 room suite only to show up and there’s an open hallway between the rooms which does nothing for sound or light prevention. We asked for something to block it after we were told the couldn’t move us to another room (which was a lie as the room we were originally assigned wasn’t ready when we arrived as it was being cleaned so they already had moved us once), the head Maintnence man we finally convinced the girl to call down was able to assist and found a mattress we could cover the doorway with which helped. We are thankful for him and we had AMAZING service at the restaurant . There were high points of the trip but that initial experience made us not choose embassy the rest of our travels. It really soured us on the whole brand that someone that rude and unhelpful would be put at the front desk. "

"The floor had something sticky on it over by the window. Someone was smoking cigarettes nearby--even though every room says no smoking. You could hear people talking and yelling ALL night long. There was absolutely No toilet paper...not even a toilet paper holder, so it wasn't an accidental stocking issue. Bed was comfortable, but the pillows were pathetic."

"Do not stay at this property!!!!! The pool does not work. It is next to a nasty abandoned hotel and a rocks throw from a busy interstate. The staff is extremely rude. The breakfast was disgusting. Hard bagels and sour cream cheese. I was woke up both nights i stayed by yelling and cussing in the hallway. Zero hot water for showers. "
