Giancello is amazing !! He helped us throughout the stay .. from easy checking in, helping us park our car and giving us directions where to take the train and Free breakfast … He’s the sweetest person ever!! This airbnb is so cute and very clean .. I highly recommend this place!! Maria is also very helpful and friendly!! We love our stay and we definitely will come back and stay here again!!! The location and convenience of the Vatican Break House cannot be beat. The property was clean and in a safe neighborhood. It is a short walk to the Vatican Museum entrance and many affordable dining options. For the other Rome attractions, we were two easy trains away and it took us 30 minutes to get to the Colosseum and the Forum. The staff was responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

Place was not hard to find. It is near 2 metros. John Luca was very accommodating and welcoming. Vatican museum is walkable. There’s a grocery across the street and restaurants near the place.

Gianluca and Maria were excellent hosts. The property was super clean. You may have breakfast for a small monetary amount. They also offer shuttle service to the airport which was great. It is located in an absolutely wonderful area. It is incredibly safe and very close to 2 metro stops. Short walk to local food markets (which were amazing) and any other essentials. It is a 10 minute walk to the Vatican museums and not far at all from the heart of Rome. Gianluca is also extremely generous with his time and assisted us when we ran into an issue. A very giving person! We will most definitely be staying here upon our return. Highly recommend this place!

Amazing location and the rooms were very clean. 15 minute walk to the vatican. Maria is very helpful and Luca is very knowledgeable and easy to speak to. It had a very home and cousy feel. It's a 5 minute walk to the metro, there are two station close to it. It is also is a 5 minute walk from Bonci pizza if your a lover of good food. Overall this is an amazing place to stay and very easy to get around rome via metro.

We spent 8 nights at the Vatican Point Break in October - had a wonderful time! Gianluca and Maria were wonderful hosts - had lots of helpful hints for navigating the city, and kept our room spotless! Is very close to the Metro and walking distance to the Vatican. Everything we needed was nearby! We hope to return one day.
