Our room was super spacious & clean & always well-maintained in the 3 nights we spent. The hotel is close to all the tourist attractions, including the Colosseum, Roman Forum, etc. It was also close to both cheaper and high-end shopping areas (shopping street at Via Del Corso). I highly recommend this hotel especially for families with 3-4 members.

Tofik was very warm and helpful when we arrived. We were able to do early check-in which was great after an overnight flight. We were upgraded to a bigger room 4 people including my elderly parents. Walking distance to Fountain of Trevi and nice restaurants.

TOXIC MOLD WARNING: To say that we misjudged the glowing reviews of this hotel would be a colossal understatement. I have stayed in hostels in my youth, but nothing prepared me for the lack of cleanliness this stay provided masked by a seemingly beautiful room. Travelers be warned, I absolutely would not recommend this hotel to anyone as there are clear violations of health and safety codes for hygienic cleaning and maintenance. We noticed upon entering our room that we had the smell and appearance of black mold in our air conditioning unit as well as on the walls, in our shower, and in the refrigerator. When telling the staff about the mold, they expressed it was "just dirt" and were fought up until it was finally shown to the staff. My husband works in the environmental field so we are very aware of what mold smells and looks like. They had someone come in to "clean" the mold, but the experience was not enjoyable from start to finish. We had to sleep with the window open to prevent more toxic air from being blown in by the AC, so we were kept awake at night by the restaurant below us, the heat, and eaten alive by mosquitos. There should not be any reason the room should be inhabitable at this current time. The staff didn’t apologize until we were leaving, and as we expressed how we didn’t enjoy our experience whatsoever, the staff made a point to say that we needed to “tell the truth.” So, tell the truth I will, travelers beware!

I absolutely love it. The location is excellent close to metro and tourist attractions. Front desk guy was so friendly and wait for a taxis outside the hotel for us. The room was so clean but a bit small but this ia more than what I expected based on the price. I definitely come back to this hotel if I come to rome.

The whole complex is great, with clean spacious rooms that are very well designed, a very nice guy on reception who checked us in and escorted us to the room, and the location couldn’t be better. The lift is ancient, with manual hinged doors and not always completely reaching the right level, I loved it.

A great find fir family staying in Rome
We had a great stat. Staff were great and the rooms were clean, comfortable and beautifully airconditioned. It’s a great location - easy to get to the best sights and to the station.

Convenient location to Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps. Traveled with a family of 5 and it was a little small. Communication with managers could be better. We thought we had to download an app to access gate, floor door, and room door that required internet access but later found out we would be provided room access cards. We just didn't find that out until after figuring the app out. Staff was nice though and helpful. We just didnt even know they'd be there. It would be nice if everything was just clearly laid out in an email from expedia. We did enjoy our stay.

Great hotel in the middle of the bustling city. This was a great option for our family of 5. We had two rooms that had a private entrance so it was almost as if they were connecting. I loved how you came into the hotel and were surprised by a beautiful courtyard. Loved the private patio. Rooms were beautiful, spacious and very clean.

Mood Suites Tritone and Unica Suites adjacent are in the perfect location. Very close to the Trevi Fountain, close to the Barberini metro station (a few minutes up the hill, less than 10 minutes walking to the Spanish steps and close to Via Tritone/Traforo to take bus and/or taxi. Lots of food options all around. You can't miss the alley way (via del Boccacio) that connects to Via Tritone. Mood Suites rooms were spacious and nice with 2 double beds. Perfect for our family of 4. The room was modern and the hotel had Italian charm. Our flight delayed late into the early hours but the staff was able to help us get into our room (remotely).

The property is newly renovated, safe and conveniently located to many attractions. The front desk gets two thumbs down. Cold reception, seemed annoyed to be asked about local restaurants. Only to recommend a couple several blocks away. There are at least 4 good restaurants not mentioned within a 2 minute walk. Also a nice bistro 3 minutes away since the "included" breakfast was not included. With that knowledge it is otherwise a good place to stay.

This place is great. Located very close to shops, dining, public transportation, and the Trevo Fountain. Rooms are clean and modern. Although it didn't have a door separating the bathroom to the main room. It wasn't an issue for us.

Very nice room for our family. However, we didn't have hot water for most of the stay in our shower. The location is great. Walking from metro and other fun areas of the city. Pretty loud at night in this location. Staff was helpful.

What a fantastic hotel! It's really close to the main sites, the metro and the staff were beyond friendly. They were super accommodating. The room was beautiful, comfortable, clean, safe and modern. Fantastic experience!

Quiet centrally-located and very clean
Very nice accommodations. Very centrally-located. Close to shopping and restaurants. 7 minute walk to Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps. About a 5 minute walk to subway will get you to Colosseum in about 10 minutes or a 15 minute ride the opposite direction will get you to the Vatican.

Hidden Gem near the Fountain of Tritone
Beautiful hidden gem down the street from the Fountain of Tritone. Very nice location close to the subway. Great look and great feel we really enjoyed the stay.
