Staff members were wonderful- very helpful - Vinny the front desk person was spot on with his restaurant recommendations. Great neighborhood- quiet and shopping is excellent.
We stayed here during our honeymoon. At first, we were surprised by the old-fashioned elevator, which looked like something straight out of the Harry Potter world. However, despite the age of the building, everything was clean and well maintained, and we had a very comfortable stay.
What impressed us most was the staff. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel can be a little difficult to find, and there are some signs of the building’s age, such as loose electrical outlets and the older bathroom facilities, which may be difficult to fully improve through renovation.
That said, the hotel had a lot of charm, and our stay became one of the wonderful memories of our honeymoon. Thank you for making our visit so special.
Staff was awesome. Helped us get a van to and from the airport. Room was very clean and accommodating. Air conditioning was good. It was close to the Vatican, shopping and restaurants. I would recommend staying there only thing is it is the hotel is located on the 6th floor and the elevator was tiny. But would highly recommend staying there.
This place was great! Small and quiet, with very kind helpful staff. The room and bathroom were both very nice and glad there was a mini fridge for our drinks!
Only downside was being on the 6th floor you either had to walk all the way up or use old elevator.
Would definitely book here again!
In a great area too, able to walk to Vatican City in 10 minutes or less.
The hotel is near the historic sites and so easy to walk or get a bus or taxi. The receptionists at the desk are very very helpful with recommending restaurants for authentic Italian! We couldn’t say more about them, they were wonderful. There is an elevator that is “vintage” that takes you up to the 6th floor where the hotel is located. The views are great!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Rooms are clean and modern, good location, shops and dining options nearby. Highly recommended.
The staff at this property were amazing! So helpful and accommodating. We arrived very late due to an unforeseen circumstance with the original B&B we booked. The concierge meet us at the property at midnight to let us into our room. Super friendly and welcoming from the start of the stay. We highly recommend this property. Slept 4 comfortably. Thanks for a great stay in Rome that didn't start off well.
We very much enjoyed our stay in this stylish, comfortable, and quiet hotel and located in a busy but not touristy part of Pratti. It’s a little hard to figure out the entry/lobby upon arrival (go through inner gate on right then up to 6th floor), and there are no food amenities on-site. But it’s cool, calm, and classy otherwise. The bed was great and the AC was cold (much needed during the current heatwave). And though we booked a family room, we were given 2 adjoining rooms. We’d be happy to stay here again.
The room was wonderful. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly (especially Vinny). The elevator came in handy but could use some updating. At first it was hard to see where the hotel was but once we found the button to buzz in, it was good. We used the laundry service but could have used a less expensive option near by if we planned better.
The hotel is about 10 minutes walking to St. Peter Basilica and Vatican Museum. Our hotel room is pretty nice, bright and well maintained. The staff is very helpful and welcoming.
Great location and friendly staff. The room was very clean and spacious. My only complaint is that the walls are thin and we had a very noisy neighbor that kept us up most of the nights.
