Our stay was absolutely lovely. The surrounding area is perfect for tourism and sightseeing (the Spanish Steps are literally at the end of the road); the facilities in our room were great and staff were very friendly and helpful.
We had an issue with our jacuzzi which was resolved immediately, as soon as I reached out to the hotel staff. The staff were also willing to support us with answering our never-ending questions about Rome and our room was cleaned and restocked every single day.
We tried the Sweet & Salty breakfast which was delivered to our room and set out beautifully on the table. Great range of breakfast items and very filling.
The room has a minibar, a coffee machine, snacks, hairdryer, wash products, iPad, everything you could ever need. The jacuzzi (definitely the main character) is an absolute dream after walking thousands of steps around Rome!
The area is fantastic - there’s plenty of shopping and dining options as soon as you step outside. We particularly enjoyed and frequented Novecento Caffeteria which is a 3 minute walk away. Be ware that the hotel is on a steep-ish hill, however, all of Rome is either on a hill or steps! We used a lot of itTaxi’s and Ubers if we were out and about further from the area or had a lot bags.
The hotel staff assisted us with taking our suitcase to our room ready for us for when we checked-in, as we arrived early and dropped off our baggage before exploring the area.
