The room you were assigned was a 17 sqm room plus a 3 sqm bathroom, if you chose us it seems that you were satisfied with the type of accommodation. We have no idea which photos you may have seen, perhaps you saw the photos of the larger family quadruple rooms, but you did not notice that under each photo there is the room type and obviously different prices. Dear guest, we are very sorry to receive your strongly negative feedback considering the fact that it is specified on every portal and on our website that we are not a hotel but a guest house. On the reservation you made and on the confirmation letter that we sent you after receiving your booking, it is specifically written, even before any other information, that the room type you chose has an external private bathroom. We only have two rooms structured this way, the other family rooms have an internal bathroom. This is why, despite being just a stone's throw away from Piazza di Spagna, the price of these rooms is much lower than what the market offers in the same area and for the same room type. The building we are in is a historic palace, and the part where you stayed dates back to 1600. It has not been possible until now to provide the necessary adjustments and bring those two rooms up to the standard because we need authorization from the property and the Fine Arts department. In any case, we believe that we should be evaluated for what we honestly described and offered, for the location, cleanliness, and our courtesy, not for assuming that you booked one thing and getting another. Good morning. You made a reservation at our hotel, but did not stay. Our reception is open from 8.00 to 20.00, as written on the Expedia portal. She arrived after 8pm and we sent her directions on how to get into the room both via email and via wattsapp, plus, just in case, we gave her a number where to contact us 24 hours a day. She booked a quadruple room with bathroom external, which, because it has an external bathroom, costs less. Arrived at the hotel, probably not wanting the external bathroom, she left. You probably made a mistake in booking, moreover if you don't read what a structure offers, but you only look at the price, this happens. Due to her mistake, she demanded a refund, which we clearly did not give her. To obtain it, she gave childish excuses, such as that it took 1 hour to find the room or that the room was full of insects.
