The location was great, walking distance to Trevi and Spanish Steps (we walked to Colosseum too and was only 20 minutes). The room looks just like the images, however…..
We booked Spagna Ave, late check-in (after 14:30) required pick up of keys at Trevi Suites, no direction on where to go (just “room 2” on the keys), walked 400m to Spagna Ave hotel via Google Maps, none of the keys worked, called emergency reception and they told us our room was in the Trevi Suites building (when I specifically booked Spagna Ave) and had to walk back 400m to the previous building.
The reception (which are also the cleaners) are only there in the mornings.
The room has a bathroom and bedroom, but any kitchen amenities are in a shared common space.
The aircon worked great, but the mattress and pillows felt harder than concrete.
Our room door was literally 1m away from the reception which means if you’re having a late start to the day, the loud talking will definitely wake you up. And you can hear suit cases being wheeled passed your door throughout the night.
4G & 5G connection was constantly dropping in and out, as the wifi was undiscoverable on our phones.
