This was a great location for walking tours of Central Rome and was very close to Vatican City. The hosts were warm, friendly, and very helpful.

I can honestly say me and my partner were so impressed by our stay here. Diego was so accommodating and explained everything to us in such detail. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the complementary water bottle top ups were a nice touch especially in the 24° heat. We would recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome - it was the perfect distance from everything!

This is a modern apartment with a cleanliness that is second to none. We were greeted promptly by our host, provided a city map to help us orient to the city, as well as provided suggestions for food options. We loved our stay and would stay here again!

The rooms and all amenities were clean. The location is excellent. It was central to all point of interest to visit. The staff are nice, polite and respectful. I was so thankful for them allowing our luggage to remain in the hotel when we checked out while we continued visiting the Colosseum and other places then we retrieved it when our tour bus arrived.

A great place to stay! Stylish and well appointed room. We had a lovely balcony that overlooked the garden. Location was excellent - close to the Vatican and other attractions, as well as restaurants and shops. Diego and Francesco were awesome - very personable and helpful. My emails with questions were responded in a timely manner. Would definitely stay there again!

We had amazing stay with San Pietro BR. Facilities were 5* and we were impressed with cleanliness. Owners are very helpful and shared some nice tips with us. Highly recommended especially if you looking for something close to Vatican and city was only 10-20 mins walk. Restaurant downstairs is great choice for food and wine ;)

Excellent experience at San Pietro Boutique
We had a wonderful experience. The room was big, clean and comfortable. Communication was easy and with quick responses fro. Sara. The hotel is very close to the Vatican Museum and St Peters and walking distance to much of Rome's sites. We will stay here next time we are in town and highly recommend it.

Excellent place to stay in Rome. The property and rooms are beautiful and comfortable. We loved this area because it was walkable to many places but off the beaten path enough that it wasn’t touristy.

This hotel was great! I wanted to stay in a small, local place, but wanted something up-to-date, clean, and comfortable. Everything about this place fit the bill. We didn't have any trouble finding it and the host was so helpful with our check-in. She had a map prepared with different attractions and restaurants highlighted. We loved its proximity to the Vatican. Our host also helped us arrange our transfer to the airport. I recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Rome.

Sam and her team were fantastic. Very helpful with recommendations and knowledgeable about the city of Rome. We loved the location because it was not overly crowded, had great dining options, you can walk to most of the main attractions, and we felt very safe. We had a blast visiting Rome! Cheers!

We loved our stay! The room was very modern and clean. Room was cleaned daily. I think this was our favorite stay while in Italy! The room was easy to locate and very easy to operate getting in and out of your room with key pads and specialized numbers for your stay. The owners and Sara were very kind and helpful and let us know how to get access to taxis during our stay.

excellent gem of a hotel
Not a traditional hotel with only 5-6 rooms, but I would definitely stay here again. Great location with good restaurants nearby. The hosts make it easy for any requests you have whether it be reservations, taxis, or anything at all.

Very nice room, the balcony was awesome and this place is close to Hop on Hop off and lots of restaurants. Sara was a great host and very responsive to ALL our needs before and during our trip. Would highly recommend this property, 14ft ceilings, nice bed, new bathroom, in room safe, close to lots of attractions. Thanks Sara for a memorable stay !!
