La struttura e completamente da ristrutturare. Camera senza finestre. Ma di questo non si puo accusare nessuno e la struttura del palazzo, il letto matrimoniale era formato da due reti vicine senza testiera, uno dei due materassi con molle ben in evidenza. Wifi che va a singhizzo, la tv anche dopo l intervento richiesto continuava a dare problemi. Stanza non calda a causa del.condizionatore, chieste coperte...sembravano quelle delle.cuccette dei treni...li salva la posizione

Ruined my honeymoon!!!!

My honeymoon was ruined after I paid in full and booked this hotel only to find out they were actually closed when we arrived. The woman at the counter recommended another hotel that was not nice at all, but why could we do? To make matters worse, hotels.com has not refunded me the money after three weeks becahse they cannot get ahold of anyone even though I know people are there (there’s a restaurant attached) awful customer service. The woman promised to help me get a refund, but hasn’t been responsive. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!

I was delayed by the airline by one day. I called the property and no answer, I then emailed them successfully. When I got there they had given my room away and cancelled my reservation. They have approved a refund but EXPEDIA will not act on this and I still havent got my money back yet!!! I had to stay in a horrible hotel and use half of my spending money to pay for this extra expense.

Fantastisk beliggenhed

Hotellets personale var yderst venlige og servicemindede. Altid smilende og villige til at besvare spørgsmål. En ældre kvinde, der serverede morgenmad tilbød ligeledes dagligt, at skænke kaffe udendørs mens jeg nød gaden og livet. Samtidig fik vi lov til at beholde værelset til kl 12 mod normalt kl 11 ved udtjekning. Værelserne derimod er stærkt nedslidte, og stinker af kloak som andre også har noteret. Elevatoren er brudt ned, hvilket den har været siden juni/juli (skiltet på elevatoren skiltede med at reparationen ville vare til Juli) Beliggenheden er derimod eminent, og er placeret få minutters gang fra den spanske trappe samt Piazza del Spagna, der også har en metrostation tilknyttet. Sidst men ikke mindst, er det et prisbilligt hotel. Forventer man ikke, at skulle opholde sig meget på hotellet, og man i øvrigt ikke er afhængig af elevator. Kann vi vamt anbefale dette hotel.

Der var ikke fyldt op på værelset efter sidste besøg. Dvs. Der manglede håndklæder og toiletartikler. Vi måtte bede om håndklæder, som ikke blev skiftet under opholdet. På dag 2 fik vi ikke toiletpapir selvom jeg havde lagt den tomme rulle i vasken for at vise, at den var tom. På grund af Corona blev morgenmaden serveret ved bordet. Personalet talte kun italiensk, så det blev gætteri i forhold til hvad, vi kunne få. Og kun en ud af 3 dage fik vi det hele uden at skulle spørge flere gange. Elevator måtte ikke benyttes. Vi fik at vide at det var fordi den var for lille.... Værelset havde set bedre dage. Tapet var flere steder løst, vinduer kunne dårligt lukke, bruseren kunne ikke sættes fast over hovedhøjde, da holderen var knækket. Når det er sagt, var al personalet meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Det er muligt at det har været et 4 stjernet hotel, men den tid er forbi. Beliggenhed tæt ved den spanske trappe og tæt på metro.

Bra vistelse

Trevlig personal, jätte bra läge precis bredvid spanska trappan. Frukost var väldigt bra. Hissen var dock avstängt PGA covid-19.

It was centrally located and the staff were very helpful. The free breakfast in the morning made it easier to work with the day. Overall, really pleasant experience, would recommend and most definitely stay at the hotel if I revisited Rome!

Falta mucho mantenimiento

El lugar es ideal. A 100 mts de las escalinatas de Plaza Spagna. El hotel está muy desmejorado. El ascensor no funciona y debes subir a pie las maletas por escalera. Es muy bello el lugar, si tendría el mantenimiento correcto, sería verdadero 4* Debería personal del hotel tener uniformes para dar más calidad de hotel. Y no que queda cuál vista como quiera.

All'insegna dell'improvvisazione: senza ascensori con camera al 2 p., rifiniture ed arredi scadenti, impianto elettrico a vista con uso di prolunghi e più prese ( non a norma), assenza hall di accoglienza o sosta. In camera bagno poco confortevole con vasca standard e senza acqua calda, positivo materasso e biancheria letto pulita. Gentili le collaboratrici della struttura. Colazione quasi accetabile in un area di passaggio sporca ed inadeguata, inoltre quandosi arriva non si capisce se si è in bar, in un ristorante, in un nightclub e sicuramente non un albergo, tantomeno a 5 stelle.

+++++PERSONAL ist sehr sympatisch und sehr freundlich! -------Aber ZIMMER war klein, hatte immer das Geruch entweder von Restaurant von unten oder von Badezimmer / evtl. weil sehr altes Haus, Wasser in Duschkabine war stetst verstopPft, war der Hausmeister 2 Mal und trotzdem.... +++++++PLATZist natürlich nummer 1! All’arrivo abbiamo dovuto aspettare per mezz’ora il parcheggiatore nonostante costi 50€ avessi avvertito giorni prima sul nostro orario di arrivo ma nessuno aveva preso nota, il personale è gentile ma parla poco italiano. Le camere sono pulite ma la biancheria Del bagno aveva delle macchie. In generale siamo stati bene ma l’albergo è trascurato, è tutto bello ma vecchio 10 anni fa era sicuramente un posto di lusso ora non più. Si mangia bene e la colazione è abbondante. posizione eccellente.

Camere discrete e abbastanza pulite. Colazione passabile, ma il contesto non è da 4 stelle! Insomma, un falso 4 stelle per i servizi che ti offre e per il complesso della struttura, il sito non rispecchia decisamente la realtà, consiglio di rivisitarlo totalmente e di essere onesti!! La cosa più sconvolgente è la ragazza alla Reception che non parla italiano. L’unica nota positiva è la posizione.

From the minute we entered we tried to turn around and go elsewhere. It was already late evening. Rooms were not cleaned, elevator down, no hot water, staff just smiled with no answer. We had 3 rooms and had to share amenities. E.g towels, soap etc. Took us time to find another location. Never informed me that construction was underway. They offered no refund or discount. I was filled with anxiety and made those days less exciting.

Great location and a lovely hotel.

Fantastic get away with my wife for her birthday. Hotel was lovely. Great location with all main attractions within walking distance and a metro station only approx 500m away. Property was clean and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast at the property was ok when we did utilise it. Not sure if it was just our room but we didn’t have a shower curtain on our bath which made the bathroom floor extremely wet after each shower. But this was a minor issue. €23 for a single vodka though was a bit too excessive even by central Rome prices. All in all though a great break and a lovely and friendly hotel and staff. Would return on any future visits.

Tiene una excelente ubicacion. El personal de recepcion siempre nos ayudo mucho e hizo el esfuerzo de hablar español y explicarnos. El desayuno es basto y con varias opciones aunque casi todo el tipico de un desayuno Italiano (pan, cafe y carnes frias). Definitivamente cero señal del wifi Regaderas muy pequeñas. Mucho ruido desde las 4am
