Only reason overall rating was good was because of the stairs. VERY narrow spiral staircase making luggage difficult but otherwise excellent stay. Very walkable, lots of restaurants around and close to all the sites! Ona quiet little street off the main routes.

The apartment is very outdated and dirty, old furniture and artwork on the walls is dirty, some picture frames are falling apart. The sleeper sofa is old and dirty and not comfortable to even sit on and in disrepair. There was a live insect in the first drawer in the kitchen that we opened. There was another live insect in the kitchen the next day. The shower had black mold. The hallway and stairs to the apartment are in disrepair and dirty and some light fixtures are broken. The railing in the stairway was loose. We contacted the rental agency owner and they said they could send someone to clean, but they cannot fix things that are really unfixable in the apartment or in the stairway. The place is unsuitable. Expedia and The rental agency were helpful but could not do much to help us. They said we could not cancel, as was stated in the contract. Too late, after you see the place! The good thing was that the area was safe and close to many restaurants, historical sites, and shopping.

Glad I stumbled on this listing, fantastic location and friendly staff. We were able to get as close as we could to living like a local citizen. Our stay here helped us fall in love with the city of Rome. Grazie mille!

de lokatie was fantastisch, paar minuten van het Pantheon,, Trevi Fontein. Groot voordeel was dat het 's nachts doodstil was. We hadden 2 handdoeken p.p. voor een hele week, geen enkel schoonmaakmiddel om aanrecht en wastafel e.d. schoon te houden. Toch waren we heel positief ondanks deze minpuntjes

Läget är helt perfekt. Dels ligger lägenheten i en väldigt lugn gränd, dels ligger den precis mitt i alla turistmålen som man enkelt kan gå till. Kan knappast bli bättre. Det finns kylskåp, micro, induktionsspis, vattenkokare och espressomaskin så det är lätt att laga egen mat om man inte vill gå på restaurang varje dag. Flera matvarubutiker inom kort gångavstånd finns också. Lägenheten är på andra våningen och det är en smal ganska brant trappa för att komma upp, lite jobbigt med resväskor kan nog någon tycka. En jättefin bonus visade sig vara representanten Simone som mötte upp och gav oss nycklarna. Vi fick även en stadskarta och han tog sig tid att gå igenom och markera på kartan de olika sevärdheterna, tipsade om restauranger och andra guldkorn. Detta visade sig göra reseupplevelsen ännu bättre än den blivit annars. Boendet rekommenderas definitivt.

The apartment was good. However no mention of the stairs. Which made it difficult to get in and out of apartment. These stairs would not be suitable for some people. Also the picture you show as the out side is not the apartment but the view at end of road. The shower is tiny and not good for the larger person. But location is perfect for visiting Rome’s attractions

Pros: Very close to attractions and many restaurants. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Cons: Steep circular steps to get to apartment Not good for elderly guests or if you have heavy or large amount of luggage.
