If you exclude the fact that they contacted us the same day without having responded to any emails before and that it is 100 steps without an elevator, the rest was wonderful. Location, cleanliness, easy access everywhere. Breakfast very good in a restaurant below the accommodation.

A great apartment, in a good location with lovely cafes, bakery's and restaurants close by. We had a wonderful stay! It's beautifully designed, clean, well equipped and the beds are very very comfortable. Just like a hotel! The staff members were very professional and transparent. Definitely recommended!

It was the most terrible experience from this “hotel “. We were not able to check in. They don’t have the front desk and they don’t email you the check in instructions. We were waiting at the stairway for one and half hour until 8pm. We cancelled it. That was the worst experience we ever had.

I liked the location of the place, the cleaning lady and the breakfast downstairs. I didn't like the hassle of check in. The limited checkin hours was a real hassle and flight schedules beyond our control. I did learned that i dont have to have breakfast included on international stays. We could have saved alot of money. The door to the bathroom was see through and the room was cramped.

Overall the property was in a good location, was clean and check in staff was good. We enjoyed the breakfasts that came with the vouchers, both locations were delicious and just a minute walk or less up the street. Room and bathroom was very small in the deluxe room, bed was spacious but only a sheet provided as cover and we were quite cold (A/C worked well). Extremely noisy with the bar being directly below on the street with yelling/music/chanting until at least 230 AM and reception area was loud when other guests were coming/going as the rooms are all just around the reception area (had to wear ear plugs every night). Daily housekeeping was fine except they did not restock toilet paper and we ran out. Would potentially stay here again but only in an upgraded room.

Hot, dusty, small “shoebox”

Avoid this “hotel”! Room looks nothing like pictured. AC doesn’t work properly. Dust all over the place. Shelf instead of a closer with ONE hanger. Couldn’t sleep because of the heat, left a night early, voiced our concerns but the property ignored them all.

Værelset er på 4 sal. Elevatoren virkede ikke og var ikke ved at blive repareret. Der var en meget stærk lugt af duft pinde på værelset og badeværelset lugtede af mug. Vi skrev og gjorde dem opmærksomme på lugtene, samt at vi begge var allergikere, men de regerede ikke på beskeden. Vi så på intet tidspunkt personalet. Fin rengøring og fint område.

Konum iyi asansör çalışmıyor

Otel,bir apartmanın 4.katında bulunan 4 odadan oluşan bir daire.Konumu çok iyidi..romanın sembolik yapılarına 15-20 dakika yürüme mesafesindeydi.kahvaltı için anlaşılan 2 mekandan Flan O’Brien nın kahvaltısı doyurucuydu.diğer mekanın 7 de açıldığı ilettikleri halde o saatte açılmamıştı. Ama Bizim için en önemli sorun 3 gece kalmamıza rağmen hiçbir görevli ile yüzyüze gelemedik. Asıl büyük sorun is asansör..bizim için tercih sebebi olan asansörün çalışmıyor olması tam bir hayal kırıklığı idi. Temizlik hergün yapıldı..tercih edecekseniz asansör ile durumu mutlaka öğrenin,aksi halde çok zorlanırsınız..
