We love the place, people, and the location. It was perfectly located, easy to walk to the major attractions, and a lot of different buses right in the corner. At the same time the street is quiet. People who work here are very nice, friendly, and helpful, answered all our questions. We like the breakfast - it is very good to start the day with. The hotel exceeds all our expectations. We had a great time in Rome and we will recommend this place to our friends if they come to Rome. Thank you, Leo and Irina

Located walkable distance to pretty much most sites. The room was small but very clean, almost like new. Air conditioning worked well, we had very good sleep. Staff was very friendly and kind. Only downside is, there is no reception in the building. The reception desk is located at another building a short walk down the street. We did not get a full breakfast in our building just small pastries and coffee offered in a snack area. There is communal seating on patio and outside small courtyard to use. It seemed like there are permanently residents that live in the building and the hotel is located at the top floor. There is no elevator so good luck with large luggages. Once we left the top hotel floor, the stairwell smells like garage as the other residents keep their garbage bins at the bottom of the stairwell. Overall, for the price I would stay here again because the hotel rooms were so clean and new and it's location.

Nice place and I would stay again with maybe an interior room as this is a very busy corner. The only other thing I would ask for is better toilet paper. The gentleman who checked us in and out was kind and helpful and was very good at it.

This property is at the heart of Rome, mins away from collosseum and Trevi fountain. We pretty much walked everywhere in Rome from here. The stuffs were welcoming and friendly. The room cozy. Would definitely recommend.

Good location but to much for 9.5, property check in is too complicate , you must to walk to another hotel for check in , check out or any service that you require.

A nice place with a very good location. Easy walk to Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and Pantheon. If you do some research before, it is a great area. Staff is present but does not add to your experience. Breakfast is basic and below average. Enough to get you to lunch. Would stay here again primarily due to location.

They only give one key. Do not leave it in your room! Will cost $50 to open the door. Bigger room is worth the money Very nice.

The Quirinale Luxury Rooms was absolutely amazing! Check-in was easy. The staff were very friendly. They gave us an orientation as to where we were in the city, and the most notable landmarks in the area. The location of this hotel is the best! You're right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to everything! Shopping, restaurants, ancient ruins and beautiful fountains and piazzas are all within 5-30min walk. We walked to Vatican city and back, by choice which took an hour each way. We didn't notice though because we stopped to see the many sites along the way. There are maybe 8 rooms or so in this hotel. We stayed 3 nights, and during our stay, it was very quiet inside. The street outside can be noisy at times, but we were only able to hear the loud obnoxious motorcycles. We couldn't hear regular cars or people outside. Our room also had its own outdoor terrace which was a nice bonus. We felt safe in this area as well because there was a Carabiniere station just steps away from the hotel and police were always present in the Piazza del Quirinale. The rooms are modern and clean. There was a common area that had coffee makers and some tables and chairs. Cake, fruits, and small pastries were offered every morning for free! Full breakfast was available for a cost. When we come back to Rome we will definitely be staying here again! Did I mention the gelato store just steps away?

My stay there was very good only that the hotel does not have elevator so it was difficult for us with luggage’s.

The facility had extremely slow internet even for basic browsing. It was pretty much non functional. This is an expensive place. Decent internet speed is assumed to be present.

Air conditioner was preset Couldn’t make it cool enough Bed mattresses slumped in the middle. The shower door didn’t close and water flooded the bathroom floor.
