This is so bad experiece, room is old and only 6 rooms. Working hour of front desk is limited. They asking u check out at 10, obligatory. The front desk close at 3 pm the day we left and we have no place to left the luggage. Check in time is also limited, so you would better not arriving late. Not good at all, I was surprised by their past rating, it is not real.

What a lovely little hotel. My room was off of an interior courtyard - it was very comfortable and well taken care of. You can't beat the location - steps outside the street door are sidewalk cafes, gelato stores, and a grocery market. Lively and safe. I loved it.

Great location but loud! Great room. No television for four of six days we were there; then by fire stick so mostly streaming apps. Rooms are disseminated around neighborhood and in different buildings; we loved our building. Desk Assistance is by text or what’s app. Not directly like a hotel. We could get room cleaning everyday.

Shops nearby, walkable to everything, But the money you pay not worth it. We're having a hard time going to our rooms it's not the same property We have to move out 3 heavy luggage walking through the crowd & uneven roads to find our rooms on the next street! terrible experience.

The room was fabulous! I was in the room Colosso and had one of the only small balconies on the street. The room was spacious, clean and had everything I needed. The location of the hotel who was in the middle of a lively section of the city full of shopping and eating experiences. I will hopefully be back!

Room was just above street level and garbage trucks came at 4:30am then soon after that cleaning crews at delivery trucks. So very loud. Manager made no effort to change our room. Didn’t care we didn’t get any sleep.

No one on staff. They rely on a customer service lady who is available by phone only. She had no accurate knowledge of the property and consistently gave us the wrong information as to how to enter the room. Room itself is on the fourth floor mezzanine and, while there is a very small lift, it was difficult getting all the luggage up the final level. Great location, but a terrible business model.

Find a different place

The location was great except our taxi couldn’t drive down the street to drop us off so we had to drag our luggage. We had specified we must have 2 beds when booking the room. Not only did we NOT have separate beds but we were forced to share a double bed. When I went to let the gal who checked us in that we were supposed to have 2 beds, she just shrugged her shoulders. She couldn’t care less. Our room was hot. It was supposed to be air conditioned but there was no control, no thermostat in our room. The gal at the desk said there was just one control for the whole place and they couldn’t make it any cooler.
