location is great, it's right next to metro station "Cavour". walkable distance to various tourist spot. quite a number of restaurants nearby as well the entrance is a bit hard to find, and it's on 1/F accessible only by staircase, not too easy for families with baby buggy.

well location

l booked 4 nights but only stayed for 3 nights. The first 2 days air conditioner did not work, so the room was very humid. And a little problem is noise, you can hear your neighbor's talk and walk. but overall the location is very good.

The best of the best hotel in Roma

It is a hotel with perfect Location. 5 minutes walk to colosseueo and 7 minutes walk to the Termini . There are shops and supermarket nearby. Staff is excellent and service is unbelievable good. Highly recommend those who like traveling and would like to enjoy quality hotel to stay.

What kind of service is that??? ABSURD

I stayed total 3 nights.It is fine except bit far away from Termini and bath tube was extremely weak,have to wait at least 5mins for hot water On check out day,I put the room key on table.The day after,they sent me 2 mails,1:They said I didnt return the key and have to charged me 35euro by credit card.2:They found the key and will return me 35euro.We put the key exactly on the table.They couldnt find it and charged me penalty immediately WITHOUT any asking!So absurd Afterwards,I find out there was a exchange rate discripancy occured,amt not much but I dont think I should bare so I ask what can they do since this was made by them.And I got the reply"we can not help you since it is too little the amount" "As you can see from your bank statement that we refunded you exactly 35 euro which we charged you.One the risk of using credit card oversea is the exchange rate issue and we should not bear the responibility too." "It is normal that when key was not found,we need to charge the customers" his is EXACTLY their reply I just hope you'll consider carefully before booking.They've your card information,can charge you when they couldnt find anything no matter is made by you or not and they think it's normail!This is the most ABSURD experience I've ever had during my whole Europe trip.They think they did correctly,charged and returned and thats it.Any other problems was NOT their responsibility Just hope my experience can help you to find a better B&B in ROMA

Good hotel with nice staff

Very good hotel with excellent location. Near the mtr station Cavour. Staff are very nice and the service is good. I stay again when i come to Romo next time.

Is a good location on metro station.

The apartment host is very nice men. And it is a good location near by metro station. But the apartment is not easy to found that. Everything is a good for this price. I like Roma this place.

Good location, good staff, good comfort

Location is good, on a quieter road near Terminal but not on the same building as the main reception. The apartment is on a building with ancient lift and doors but the inside looks newly renovated. Staff is friendly and helpful. The apartment is clean, comfortable and big enough. It's hot summer day when we visited. It's very short walking distance from Colosseum, Palatino, Roman Forum, Terminal, etc so we could walk back to rest when the sun was too strong. Breakfast was included - simple croissant and coffee. Wifi however didnt work in the apartment but we had keys to access the 3/f reception which got perfect wifi.

BEST service, VERY GOOD location

Linda, kindly and helpful reception staff is the most reason i give all 5 for this hotel. Except no life for this B&B you have to do some workout to reach 1/F. Within 30second walk you can see the front door of this hotel entry from Cavour (direction to Termini). Supermarket just cross the room. And many mid price good food around. Highly recommended. So regard I only stay one night here.

Good facilities but not for individual traveler

They have two sites for accomodation, the facilities and room are clean with drinking water which is pretty good. But you gonna be careful about their service. They change my room *EVERY SINGLE DAY* in between two different sites. It is highly disturbing and ruins your travel plan coz YOU *NEED* TO DO THE CHANGE BETWEEN 10~10:30am. That's a question to them, what they think is customer service?

酒店很乾淨整潔，還有一小型公眾廚房。另酒店所提供的早餐會於附近cafe食，食物質數, 環境都不錯的。因酒店是在一樓, 故此, 唯一不方便的是沒有升降機。

My stay was great! Location of this accommodation was super, couldn't have asked for better. It's clean and tidy and they have great customer service. Our room had thin walls, we could hear a baby crying in another room and people talking in the hallway. We were able to hear construction as well in the building in the morning. If you're a light sleeper, this may not be your best available option.

Finding the entrance is a bit tricky and the check in was a little difficult partly due to the language barrier and complete lack of signage but I was also a little weary from travelling and leery of the entrance and "reception area" but once I settled in to Room 4 (which I would ask for) it was a great base for our stay in Rome. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable and the Air Conditioning worked well. Walking distance from Termini Station and you can walk to Piazza Spagna, Forum, Coliseum and Fontana Trevi, there is also a Metro station (Cavour) right outside the front door. The Monti area where Nerva is located is a lively and hip part of Rome and the alley when you turn right after coming out of the accommodations is full of boutiques and restaurants that are far enough from the tourist locations to provide an authentic taste of Rome. Prices in Rome can be outrageous and the value for money here seemed to be very good. You could you spend much more and have a more luxurious stay which I have done previously but I came to experience Rome not to sit in my hotel room.
