We loved sitting outside on the balcony in the morning, watching everybody get ready for the day and walking around. What a great location this was as well. The staff were so friendly!!!
The hotel is in a great location. Steps from Plaza Espana. With many shops and restaurants near by. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The shower was the best.
Amazing location only three minutes from the Spanish steps. Rooms looked brand new. Great air-conditioning. Small elevator to transport luggage. Taxi stop right down the street one minute away, making for easy accessibility and good for travel with luggage. Great stay.!
Wonderful location. Very clean. Room worked well for a family of 4. No balcony but windows opened wonderfully. Ac was great too. Staff very friendly.
Would totally stay there again
Very nice boutique hotel. It’s in an older building and it’s on the second story only but it’s easy to access and they have a small elevator for luggage. The room was very modern, completely remodeled and clean. It was all we needed in a very centrally located area location with many shops and restaurants nearby
We had the large deluxe room
With living room & bedroom
Spacious, nicely furnished
Super clean
Wish there were more coffee selections in room. The only staff are the cleaning staff .No reception, no bellman
Only contact is thru email or phone
Which is not what we prefer
5 min walk to Spanish steps
It’s not a proper hotel. It’s in an apartment type building with maybe 5 rooms total. It is clean and modern but not a typical hotel. Breakfast is not included, there is no proper lobby. They only have staff available at certain times and you are much on your own otherwise. They store trash at the entrance so it smells of trash every time you enter. It’s in a great location though.
While the room was spacious and clean, the lack of communication from the staff was difficult to deal with as there is no front desk/reception. During our 3 night day, we messaged the hotel through Expedia requesting a steamer however received no reply at all. On our final day and night at the hotel, we noticed that the electricity and water were not working. We received no communication from anyone. We left a message through Expedia, texted them, and tried calling several times to NO response. Ultimately, we met someone in the lobby who informed us this was a street-wide blackout. Other people staying on the floor also attempted to contact the hotel to no response. While I loved the room, its location and how clean it was, the difficultly in getting in touch with the hotel impacted our stay. I recognize the water and electricity not working was not their fault however, some communication would have been helpful.
We received detailed instructions that were a bit a long but had all the information we needed for our check-in. I misread the instructions (my fault) and ended up in a different floor so couldn’t find the staff. When they finally found us, helped us with our luggage and everything went smoothly from that moment. The room was perfect, it was comfortable and clean, had a well sorted drinks minibar that was complementary, bathrobes and slippers, and all the amenities we needed. The property was very well located to find taxis and the Metro only steps away. Within walking distance to many landmarks in Rome. The only complaints we have was the smell of garbage at the building entrance, the sofa bed was not as comfortable (a bit too firm) and the very tiny elevator that was not always available. Some recommendations for room enhancements are to add a magnifying mirror and a scale in the bathroom, and to paint the inside building facade that you see when coming out of the balcony. All in all our stay, although short, was perfect and would definitely come back to this hotel.
I really dont get the bad reviews. The housekeeping was amazing and kind, the room cozy and clean, Nicole who greeted us was also so kind and the location is a 10/10!
We would definitely stay here again. :)
We had a wonderful experience at Namsn Hotel. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond, even helping us with our luggage the day we checked out.
The room was always spotless and very well maintained. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping everything clean and fresh throughout our stay.
Their attention to detail and hospitality truly made a difference. We felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again!
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable!
Location was good. Was under the impression there would be someone staffed at the front desk. Walls are paper thin. For the cost, I’d stay at a different hotel.
