This is one of the most practical places to stay in Roma Termini. It's super clean and the location is unbeatable. The checking in is at first a bit intimidating as it's all digital, but once you pass the hang of it, it's one of the easiest way for checking in.

とても良いです。 ローマのベスト宿 部屋は広く清潔感もあって、駅からのアクセスは最高。 タオルも毎日交換してくれ、コーヒーマシーンやキッチンは共用ですがいつでも使えます。 また鍵もすべて電子制御のため持ち歩く必要はなく便利です。 次回もまた泊まりたいです。

空港からテルミニ駅へのバス停目の前かつ、テルミニ駅目の前という立地が最高でした。 エレベーター有、毎日清掃タオル交換有、シャワーの水圧良、スーツケースは２つ広げるスペース充分に有、共有スペースのキッチン使用可、清潔なベッドとシーツ有、クローゼット有！ 市税のみ現金現地払いです。 日本のコンセントもそのまま使えます。USB充電も可能。 周辺には日曜営業している飲食店も多数ありました。

너무 마음에 들어서 하루만 묵기 아쉬웠던 숙소!!

테르미니역 바로 앞에 있는 숙소라서 무거운 짐을 들고 이동하기에 너무나 용이했습니다. 화장실이 분리되어있는 방을 사용했는데 단독으로 사용할 수 있었고 넓고 욕조가 있고 쾌적했습니다. 숙소는 4층에 있었고 엘리베이터를 이용할 수 있었습니다. 복도나 방의 인테리어도 따뜻한 느낌이 들어서 너무 만족스러웠습니다. 방에 이용할 수 있는 콘센트도 많고 큰 스마트 티비가 있어서 특히 좋았습니다. 사장님도 친절하셨고 소통도 원활히 되었습니다. 체크아웃 후 무료로 짐을 보관할 수 있었던 점도 너무 좋았습니다. 공용 부엌에는 전자레인지 밥솥 등 다양한 가전제품이 준비되어 있었습니다. 다음에 로마에 오면 또 오고 싶어요!!

La propiedad y el concepto tienen potencial, pero honestamente al ver el edificio en el que estaba me quería morir! Estuve a dos de cancelar la reserva, pero no lo hice porque no tenía reembolso. El cuarto muy lindo y muy limpio (únicamente tuvimos problema con el a/c que hacía mucho ruido y las tuberías también hacían ruidos extraños de repente), pero el edificio es horrible! Está como en reconstrucción o remodelación, pero es viejo y descuidado, hasta miedo da entrar. Además una noche anterior me dieron instrucciones de llegada, pero no la dirección y no podía encontrar la propiedad. Lo bueno, como mencioné, fue la habitación y que me permitieron hacer un early check in.

日本人が経営しているという触れ込みで、予約いたしましたが、一度もオーナーと会うことはございませんでした。 チェックイン時に、現地のイタリア人の方に対応頂きましたが、かなり怒り口調でチェックインの説明を受けました。

ロケーション以外はいまひとつ

朝食がちょっとお粗末かなという感じです。共用の台所の物を勝手に食べる、という感じなので、気楽と言えば気楽ですが、全て自分で準備して、食べ終わったら自分で洗い物をするという感じです。だから、朝食の時に他の人と重なると、混み合って気を使います。ホテルに泊まって、朝食の洗い物をするなんて、初めてです。生野菜や調理が必要な物も一切有りません。 日本人のオーナーさんはいい方ですが、3泊して途中一回とチェックアウトの時会えただけです。日本人のオーナーさんに観光の事を聞けると思っていましたが、期待はずれでした。古い感じで、全体的に薄汚い感じでした。シャワートイレが少し臭いました。 ロケーションはバッチリです。

Very very convinient location to Roma Termini

My wife and I just spent one night, we had to take an early flight the next morning back home. Very, very convinient location, just a few steps from Roma Termini. I would very much recommend this place.

The servicing Man Mr.Robert asking me to pay extra by italy gov. tax each person 3.50 Euro and not issuing and official receive as an evident so that we can ask Booking Com why this tax was not show in our bill total and let the customer to known in advance. If we book and at the same time talking this extra charging to the customer will show how professional in your website service.
