The location was great. Just steps away from the coliseum. Not too bad for walkable site seeing. Area is a little loud at night (great for night owls) but we were able to sleep through. We are a family of four and we would stay here again.

Great location literally steps from the Colosseum. Restaurants surrounding the property. Taxi stand right out the front door. Even though our room was right on a busy street, we heard zero outside noise. AC was nice and cold (just took a little time to cool down).

Andrea made it easy to check-in, find our apartment, and made great recommendations for dining choices nearby. You cannot beat the location, and the accommodations give you ample room for just one person, or a family with children. I cannot wait for a return trip to Rome, and will definitely stay here again!

Service and attentiveness was good. The bed was too firm for my liking and only 1 pillow per person. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Metro, bus, and tram stops within walking distance.

Apartment is your choice, not the room! Very close to Colosseum, just walking a few minutes. Supermarket on next street... lots place to eat. Manager is lovely girl and very hlepful! Main building no elevator, but they will help you left your luggages. Need send clear direction to custom, because sounds no body knows where is the street, we walked back and forth over 30mins, but accurately only 5-minute distance...

We loved this location! We would highly recommend. 5 minute walk to the Colosseum, food...20 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain...20 minute taxi to Vatican. We had room 9 which had a loft and pull out counch. The adults stayed downstairs on the bed couch and had the teens stay on the 2nd floor, but the bed couch was very comfortable.

Only stayed one night as a quick pit stop while we explored Rome. I cannot explain how AMAZING the location is, right next to the colosseum, with bakeries, small shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants all within a few minutes walk. There is a taxi rank at the front of the hotel too. Room was really spacious, had a lovely balcony and was well equipped. Staff were warm and friendly. We cannot wait to return here.

The location of this property is convenient to the Colosseum and metro and several local eateries as well as a 24hr grocery store. The bed was a murphy-bed/pull-out style and had little to no padding. Additionally, the booking led us to believe a balcony would be included, which it was not. That being said, there was a full kitchenette, comfortable room in the bathroom, remote controlled AC/heat and a refrigerator. No Wifi in the hotel room either. The stay was convenient for us since we didn't spend much time in the room and out trip was quick, and overall worth the money.

Location, location, location - this place was small, but nice, room was clean. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Bathroom could use a remodel. Steps to the loft bedroom area were a little tough. The main thing this place has to offer is that it is in an easy walking distance of the Colosseum. As well as transportation and shops restaurants it was convenient and it worked out well for us. 🙏👍 if I ever needed to do any of the activities around the Colosseum again I would definitely stay here.
