The room was conformable, but my access code failed on the final afternoon. I caught the reception person only just before he left. He gave me an alternative access code but it too failed after the first use. I left my room door open so I could go to dinner. The fact that there is no readily accessible support is a significant issue if there are any problems.

False advertising! NOT in front of the coliseum and it was NOT a hotel. Do NOT book if that is what you are looking for. The AC unit barely worked and summers in Italy are awful, especially when you are trying to get a goodnights rest after walking miles all day. This place would not be ideal. Just leaving an honest review that may help the next person.

Location, location, location - this place was small, but nice, room was clean. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Bathroom could use a remodel. Steps to the loft bedroom area were a little tough. The main thing this place has to offer is that it is in an easy walking distance of the Colosseum. As well as transportation and shops restaurants it was convenient and it worked out well for us. 🙏👍 if I ever needed to do any of the activities around the Colosseum again I would definitely stay here.

Andrea made it easy to check-in, find our apartment, and made great recommendations for dining choices nearby. You cannot beat the location, and the accommodations give you ample room for just one person, or a family with children. I cannot wait for a return trip to Rome, and will definitely stay here again!

The location was great. Just steps away from the coliseum. Not too bad for walkable site seeing. Area is a little loud at night (great for night owls) but we were able to sleep through. We are a family of four and we would stay here again.
