우선 방이 매우 커서 좋았음. 그리고 호스트 키아라가 처음에 체크인 하였을때 매우 성심성의껏 로마 지역에 대해서 설명해줬다. 그리고 방안에도 무료로 먹을수있는 과자와 냉장고에 무료음료등이 포함되어있어서 매우 좋았음. 다만 숙소위치가 일반 거주구역인데, 길거리가 좀 더럽고, 그래피티가 많아서 밤에 들어갈때 약간 으스스한것같다. 그런데 현지인들은 밤에 가족단위나 친구단위로 나와서 식사하고있는거 보면 위험한 동네는 아닌것같긴 하다.

This B&B is close to the Metro and two grocery stores. The two gals running it are extremely helpful with suggestions and try and make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The only downside is that since it faces the street it can be a bit noisy in the early morning.

Mi estancia en este B&B fue excelente, Chiara y Luana son las mejores hostess que puede haber en Roma, en el desayuno preparan un capuccino delicioso... además de tener un B&B súper lindo tambíen son grandes personas que me ayudaron con temas adicionales a mi estancia. Recomendado al 100% hospedarse con ellas!! :) Grazie mille!

Really good well located B&B With large, spacious on suite rooms. Located 5 minutes away from the metro, a 10 Minuite walk to Vatican. Hosts are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly.

The place is just 10mins walk to the vatican wall. The staffs were all amazing. The place is clean & its close to restaurants & market.

Nice place to stay in Rome

We stayed at Le Piazze di Roma B&B during our recent trip to Rome. It is a great place to stay if you visit Rome. The place was very clean and the room was big enough a family of four. There was a common kitchen for the breakfast and for cooking. We were given a complementary bottle of Prosecco on arrival. Room also had variety of snacks, tea, coffee, juice etc. and all items were topped up every day. Good choice for breakfast including variety of fruits, a coffee maker for special Italian coffee! The hosts were excellent; they arranged the transport from the airport, explained in detail the important places to visit and how to reach these landmarks including the list of good restaurants in the nearby area.They also arranged a pre Christmas treat for us which was great! The location of the B&B is very good, it is only 3 minutes walk to Cipro Metro station and walking distance to Vatican city (highly recommend to visit St. Peter's Basilica which is free to enter) . All the landmarks are accessible by Metro or Bus. The B&B is located in a good area , mostly housing blocks and feel safer to walk at night. There are two supermarkets next to Cipro station and many shops nearby. Overall we had a memorable trip to Rome and we highly recommend this place to others.

close to residents area

Great location close to Metro and 15 minutes walk to Vatican city Excellent staff, always accommodating and very helpful. We had the pleasure of meeting Luana and Kiara the owner. They were interested in making sure our visit to their B&B was a pleasure, which it was. Our room was on the large size and a mini fridge which was full of various free drinks and served our needs. Very clean, nice linens/towels, updated bathroom. I will recommend my friends.

여기 완전 깨끗하고 사진속이랑 똑같아요

로마는 두번째이고 저희는 4명이었는데 처음으로B&B에 묵어봤어요.반신반의 하면서 갔는데 직원들 너무 친절하고 매일매일 청소와 수건갈아주시고 욕실도 깨끗히 정리해주었습니다. 냉장고에 우유.오렌지주스.요플레.물3개등 각종 음식들이 항상 구비되어있고 아침도 구애없이 맘편히 항상 먹었습니다. 유럽을 3주동안 있으면서 로마.스위스.파리.밀라노.피렌체.다시 로마로 다녔는데 최고로 깨끗하고 있는내내 내집처럼 편안한곳이 었습니다. 다시 또 올일이 있음 여기서 숙박하고 싶네요.. 5성급 호텔 부럽지않습니다~~^^

It was lovely, clean and had all we needed. If there was anything Fabio was happy to assist! Totally recommend it! 😊 The rooms were nice, beds were comfy, kitchen had all we needed for breakfast lunch & dinner! We just loved everything about the place! Отличный мини-отель

Отель состоит всего из трех номеров и отдельной кухни, болше похож на коммунальную квартиру (по сути это и была раньше обычная трехкомнатная квартира). Ничего сверхъестественного, просто чистый номер, отдельная ванная комната (душ, туалет, биде). Отель предоставляет завтрак - это на выбор хлопья, тосты, фрукты и пр. В номере каждый день кладут по 4 порции кофе (кофемашина стоит на кухне), круассаны, бутылку молока и воду, все остальное лежит в общем доступе на кухне. Находится отель в тихом районе, недалеко от Ватикана и совсем близко от метро. Хозяин и он же администратор Фабио очень ответственный и заботливый человек. При заезеде мы не предупредили его о времени приезда, он прождал нас целый день, а когда отошел пообедать, мы как раз нагрянули. При этом он быстро прибежал (после моей смс) сильно извинялся, что не был на месте. Также у нас была небольшая проблема со смывным бачком (заело кнопку, и не переставала течь вода). Утром написали Фабио письмо и ушли гулять, а к возвращению все уже было исправлено. В общем и целом рекомендую.

Despite the great service by the property manager, this bed and breakfast lacks many things. This is the most minimal that you could ask for in a room. This would be a 1 or 2 star at most in Europe. I would not stay here again and would have gladly paid 60-80 more than the 120 I did pay, to stay at a much nicer hotel.

Close to vatican.

We booked this to be close to the vatican. We also walked across the river to many other sites. Very convenient. Fabio was great. Gave us all the info we needed along with recommendations. He arranged a ride to the airport for 40 euros. Overall very pleased. Not much in the immediate vicinity but nice walk to almost everything.

Best B&B in Rome with the Best Host and Location!!

This was the BEST hotel/B&B experience. The owner Fabio will contact you before hand and make special arrangements to meet you. He held a parking spot for us since we were driving and made us feel at home. He went out of his way to provide every little detail possible. The location was great. Two little grocery stores near by, great restaurants (listen to Fabio...his recommendations for restaurants are amazing! Especially Sora Gina), and very close to the metro station which you can easily take to the main spots. This B&B is a 10 out of 5 and Fabio is the best Host of Rome! Do not book anywhere else!
