The hospitality at the property was excellent, but the condition of the property was average. The shower was faulty, and the door had water rot that needs to be attended to. The shower recess also spilled water. Overall, the property was inconvenient to reach by public transport, but spacious and comfortable nonetheless.

This is a great option for those wanting to stay near the airport. For $100 the room was large with three beds. The staff were great and kind. Highly recommended!

It's a very very basic place to stay for layover, not much offered. The receptionist is friendly and the room is basic and minimal kinda setting.

i did not have hot water some days the room was not the same as in photos. no mugs no lighter to light the gas stove as provided i had to go down and ask for one. it was a lot of little things.

When we checked in, the gentleman at reception was very enthusiastic & kind. He explained everything well & booked us a taxi for next morning. However there was a loud banging noise outside all night. No idea what this was but it made for a poor sleep. In the morning the taxi failed to show up but the receptionist had shown us the phone number so we called. Room was sparsely furnished, but ok as we were only there for 7 hours.

Excellent location for a short stopover. The room was clean and spacious, great pizza and bar just across the road and get to see the biggest aircraft come into land just out your window.

Nice and spacious room. Far away from the Rome city centre, adds 60-70€ taxi cost each time. Very close to the airport, super convenient to fly very early in the morning.

Convenient place to stay near Rome airport. Few on-site amenities like a pool, spa or lounge areas but it’s clean and has friendly staff. It has a parking lot attached that is free but sometimes hard to find a spot. We have stayed here two different years when flying out of Rome instead of Pisa and will continue to do so in the future.

Basic Stay
Difficult to find, but gas nearby and restaurant next door were a plus. Needed to leave in the middle of the night for our car return and catch our plane so no coffee or breakfast available as that area was locked. Basic place with no outstanding view and of course had jet noise, but staff was very helpful.

Gentlemen who checked us in was terrific despite limited English. This property was convenient to places to eat and the airport. We had rental cars and although parking was limited, they communicated a day before our arrival and made sure we had spots to park.

We had an early flight from Rome so checked around to stay near airport and found this hotel for a great price. The location is near airport, friendly staff and was able to check in early. The pizza place across the street was convenient. We didn’t get to try breakfast but I would stay here again if needed to fly out as early as we did. We did travel as a family and did take the taxi IT through uber which cost 55 euro each way to get to central Rome. We could have driven to airport since we did have a car rental and pay for parking all day then take the train down but cost wise difference, we stuck with taxi.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was very clean. However, the AC was leaking water and it soaked my backpack ! It is conveniently located near the airport and they have a shuttle for 3 euros per person which is not bad.

They are renovating the place. Gods service and clean. They need to renovate the bedroom mattress. The area is nice with good restaurants. Napoli Pizza in front outstanding. 10 minutes from the Airport. Salvatore provide outstanding service and always willing to help. We will stay again.

Wonderful Staff
Our stay was only for one night, but the accommodations were very nice and clean. The property had recently undergone done renovation and had new paint and looked very nice upon entry. The staff, especially Giorgio, were absolutely incredible! I have only traveled moderately, but i have rarely come across someone better at providing customer service than Giorgio. Our family will gladly use this hotel next time we are in the area.
