Ubicación excelente a poca distancia del Coliseo Romano y de otros lugares turísticos importantes, en un barrio muy alegre, con muchos restaurantes cercanos, así como tiendas y lavanderías. The room was gorgeous. Immaculately clean. The staff were incredible: welcoming and extremely helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The neighbourhood was quaint and had lots of great restaurant, not to mention conveniently located to all the sights, in fact just a few minutes walk to the Colosseum. We would recommend this hotel unreservedly.

The room was large and quite nice. The shower water temperature was irregular and got cold. Climate control also did not work. However, the primary reason for my low score was our check-in. We entered the building to check-in and asked if it was Il Covo. The woman at the desk rolled her eyes and said yes. The check-in process was long and the entire time this woman was incredibly rude to us - the only thing we can think was because we’re American. This was not a budget hotel (in our opinion) and to be treated so rudely was no expected. Days before our stay the first nights stay was put on my card, I had used Apple Pay. She asked me for the same card and I had the physical as she said she couldn’t use tap. This started a series of rejected transactions and the receptionist berating me in a crowded lobby, “for giving her the wrong card.” My fiancé tried to explain the virtual account number is different than physical and she cut him off. When any other person came in she spoke to them and ignored us in the midst of our check-in. Her colleague came out and asked if she needed help and she turned it down. The woman with the long hair who showed us our room was kind and gave a great dinner rec. the woman who helped us figure out a key issue was kind too. But this woman spoiled our stay - great location and breakfast down the street were huge perks but for the rest of our stay we were afraid the woman from check-in would be at the desk. Truly ruined our stay.

The staff were very helpful and made us feel comfortable. The room was spacious and perfect for a family, just a 10-minute walk from the Colosseum. A small suggestion — it would be great to have some tea, coffee bags, and a little milk provided in the room

The breakfast and the rooms for Covo are sperate from where you check in at the lobby. Area is cool, rooms are nastolgic Rome, would like a connect lobby and breakfast.

This hotel was an excellent location for walking to all the major sites around the city. The breakfast was in a local cafe, but perfectly adequate, if a little limited. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. But there was no kettle to make a drink. There was a lift for getting to the fifth floor. It felt safe and secure and there was a safe in the room.

The property was clean and the staff was very nice. Had a good breakfast to start the day. Our room did not have A/C and Rome was warm the week we were there. I do believe that the hotel has rooms with A/C. It wasn't too bad seeing how the evenings were cool. I didn't catch her name, but the woman at the desk in the evening was very helpful. She brought ice up to our room when my wife fell and twisted her ankle. During the day, Rosanna was also helpful getting us going in the right direction to see the sights of Rome.

The breakfast was so good and very fresh - the service was fabulous. The hotel location was great! People at the front desk were very kind and very helpful. Many options to eat very close to the hotel. Only suggestion I would make is that each room had tissues to blow your nose.

There was no air conditioning so was a bit warm and had to leave window open so lots of city noise. The elevator was nice to have. Step into shower was 12-16 inch up. Was ok but could be difficult. Not sure of her name but a woman working Siri g day recommended best restaurant we ate in during this trip.

Good stay

We stayed in a large room with a tiny bath and were very comfortable. Breakfast in a small restaurant 2 blocks away was nice -- croissants, coffee, bread, cheese, yogurt and juice. After a few days we paid extra for omelets to get a little protein and variety. Very nice neighborhood with good restaurants just half a mile from the Roman Colosseu.

centrally located in the Monti area, very easy to get the the Colosseum and other forum sights. Okay A/C in the bedroom, clean bathroom/room and good customer service at the check-in desk even through they were having some problems with their payment machine.

This property was perfect for getting around to the Colosseum/Roman Forum, and also to the Trevi Fountain/Pantheon as it sits close to both. We also we able to walk from the train station as well even though with luggage wasn’t ideal. The breakfast was good and the staff were very nice. It is in the city so expect noise outside and could hear people in the hallway fairly easily. Overall we really enjoyed that we stayed here because of the ability to get around.
