The room was clean and just like the listing photos. Checking in was a breeze. We would defiantly stay here again. One block over we had cappuccinos and enjoyed the view of the Colosseum at 7am (We had early tours). It was about a 20 minute walk distance from the train station and a 45 minute walk from the Vatican.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood was fun and had lots of options for food throughout the day. Breakfast was included in our stay and was served at a cafe just a short walk away. We also has access to the rooftop terrace and found time to sit and enjoy a few moments there. The location allowed us to walk to several of the landmarks we wanted to see, including the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. All of the staff we interacted with were very helpful and professional. Il Covo was definitely a good value.

Great location walking distance from many attractions. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was lovely in a separate cafe belonging to accommodation. Our room was good but had a outside space that was locked as in need of upgrade this was a little disappointing but overall we enjoyed our stay and love Rome ❤️🇮🇹

Il Covo is a sweet bed and breakfast in the heart of Rome. Our room was large and the bed was very comfortable. It overlooked a cute courtyard. It had air conditioning but it was not as cool as some other places we stayed. Everything was very clean except for the shower. It had some mold issues on the grout. The breakfast is offered at a restaurant just down the street and everything we had there was delicious. This hotel is very close to the Colosseum.

I stayed with my husband for 4 nights and we loved it! It was in a great area, very close to the colosseum (10 min walking max). We walked everywhere though and we found that it was great because it was tucked in a quiet neighborhood that wasn’t filled with tourists all day long. Silvia helped us and was very kind. Overall, loved staying here and the breakfast was the best I had in all of Italy! Did not have a better cappuccino the rest of our trip! 10/10

This hotel was about a 5 minute walk to the colosseum. The room was clean and nice with ac. The shower was small like on a cruise ship. The internet rarely worked and the elevator went out one night. The restaurant that does their breakfast was very nice with good food!
