A very beautiful hotel with warm welcoming staff. It’s very clean, maid service daily! The free breakfast is over the top, with Stefano there providing excellent service with a smile! I definitely recommend this hotel! It’s a 10 star plus!

Hotel Pineta Palace was a comforting safe place!

From the 1st arrival Anastasia who checked me in right away with a smile at the front desk reception counter to all the amazing helpful staff — Antonio, Ananda, Mittel & the bartender extraordinaire, Djibrune and your breakfast servers Stefano & Christine, I am sooo happy you made my anxiousness of flying out solo to Rome for the 1st time without knowing any Italian! I felt Hotel Pineta Palace was a welcoming & comforting safe place from being devastated by my partners of deception of a hospitality venue in a suburb of Chicago that I left with a one-way ticket to Rome with the surrender to God to takeover my Life and he brought me to this place to see the Vatican City. I am sooo grateful for this time here and the generosity of the people that I am attending the wedding of this couple from Mexico where I will cook for the Wedding Day as the couple didn’t receive the funds to pay for the reception dinner for 32 people, so I offered my services to cook a 3-course Italian dinner from scratch for them as I have done for my Church serving the 300 members and the town’s homeless shelter of 50 people for over 40+yrs. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer Executive Superior Doppelzimmer. Alessandro an der Reception hat uns sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich bei unserer vorzeitigen Ankunft bedient. Super Service. Danke. Das Frühstück war so so la la... Also es empfiehlt sich einen Kaffee mit Briosch ausserhalb des Hotels einzunehmen.
