Advertising of this property does not make it clear that not all rooms have an attached bathroom. The room we booked claimed to have an ensuite bathroom but we ended up having to share with 4 other rooms.

Le personnel est très accueillant et prêt à répondre à toutes nos questions. L’emplacement près de la gare et du métro est excellent. L’hôtel est au premier étage. Ma chambre n’a pas d’air climatisé. La salle de bain est partagée. En résumé, un bon hôtel pour petit budget.

The hotel is not what they tell you on Expedia very old and shower wasn’t working, no wifi I had to be by the front desk to be able to get a access to wifi vey inconvenience, beside when I asked the guy on the front desk about the shower head wasn’t working he told us unfortunately because of the time and the day they couldn’t even fixed it also he told me I shouldn’t complain about that because we were there just from one night, I at point I called Expedia I couldn’t get through because wifi issues I finally got a hold of someone they called the hotel to confirm the issue and the receptionist hanged up the phone call, Expedia never call me back or as today I haven’t heard anything from Expedia, I always book through this app all my trips but apparently that won’t matter for you guys neither what a great customer service ..

AWFUL - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The owner of the hotel is a scary aggressive man who tired to trick me into paying for the room twice by Our train was cancelled so we looked for a place nearby to stay. As it was late at night, I went to the hotel first to ask if it was still OK to make the booking, which they said it was, and then made it on hotels.com and paid through the site.

Equipe super simpática!! Tudo o que precisar, é só conversar com eles! Com o coronavírus, nao fazem a limpeza nos quartos todos os dias. Localização ótima e muito fácil de ir (mesmo a pé) para as atrações de Roma. Quando fui, oS vizinhos eram um pouco barulhentos, mas nada com a equipe.

Short stay this time certainly will return again.

Was greeted by Mehdi in a very friendly manner who was most helpful with regard to fixing a fan in my room due to a malfunction with the air conditioning in my very comfortable room with a lovely queen size bed. Location of the premises is wonderful as it is central for the Termini plus in easy walking distance to many of the sites of Rome. I only had a short stay this time but most certainly will stay longer on my next visit to Italy.

Not what I expected

I was expecting more of this hotel considering the prices and comparing it with the competition. I was staying in another hotel before (much cheaper) and I decided to change to this because of the terrace, wifi and breakfast, probably better room. (which would make sense since is more expensive but just in the door next to the previous one) I was a bit disappointed, I felt in a hostel, the room was very little with the shower and sink next to the bed and the toilet outside and is shared with the rest of the hotel (not close to the room), not ac just a fan and a single bed which was tiny and very uncomfortable to sleep, I was hitting myself with the wall the whole time while sleeping. The wifi doesnt work well with apple devices, some apps work, some doesnt. (I would have prefered to stay in the previous hotel tbh) What was good was the service and the breakfast. But still I don’t think is worth it for the price, I don’t consider this place to be a “hotel”. I decided to move to a new hotel yesterday and for 3 euros more per night I have a huge room, TV with internet, AC, whole bathroom in the room, perfect wifi and is just around the corner.

Gentlemen at the counter was very friendly & helpful. He carried my luggage to show us our room when we checked in. We received bottles of juice from him on one night, after learning of our next early morning outing plan. Generally we had a good stay in Orbis with reasonable pricing, breakfast included, in Rome, near Roma Termini.
