Lots to like at this property - good, convenient location, warm and helpful staff - who were able to help with all my questions, big and small, about transport or things to do and see. Its a small hotel that feels like a home, with a nice living area and a cosy breakfast room.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was helpful even before our arrival - I needed an adjustment on my booking for my mother that was joining me from another country. They responded to my email very quickly and were very helpful, and provided all relevant information. The property is very cute and conveniently located. Walking distance from all the main attractions, but not very loud. I didn’t use the breakfast option, so can’t comment on this.

Hotel Locando Cairoli is a beautiful cozy hotel in a wonderful neighborhood in Rome. It is very clean and well decorated. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to make guests comfortable. It feels like home away from home. I will gladly stay here again.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, there are lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Everywhere is walkable but there are also tram and bus options. The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming, we loved the unique decor, interesting pictures and objects in this small hotel.

Edu move staff. Loved that is a small hotel and that is in the middle of Rome. It gives the feeling of a boutique hotel vs a traditional one. What I didn’t like was the bathroom having the shower very small and the mosaics need to be replaced to clean the rusty grouts and chipped pieces. The amenities were not good - only a shower gel and shower cap. No shampoo, no conditioner, no body cream. I recommend it for a boutique experience but bring your own amenities and don’t expect a nice bathroom.

Location, quality, and staff were amazing. The rooms were small but that is to be expected for this location. The rooms are quaint and there's coffee and refreshment in the room (drinks have a separate charge)
