The building is old and the room is very small, but to be reasonable you cant expect better for this amount of money in Europe. The stairs could be annoying especially if you have luggage (around 25 steps), but you will find an internal small lift after inside the hotel. The location is excellent, 6 mins walk from the main metro/train station that connects you with all the attractions/cities/airport.

Check in was very good. There is a long, steep set of steps at the entrance that you must climb to get to the check in desk and your room. (No elevator at the entrance, but one in the hotel itself.) As far as the staff goes, one gentleman was awesome and friendly. The rest wasn’t as friendly or helpful. The room was small and the shower was extremely small, but it suited us fine for a few days. The room didn’t cool very well, but we also like the temperature a lot lower than most. I would stay here again.

The rooms, while a bit dated in decor, were clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to the Rome Termini bus and train station. The front desk staff was helpful. Would stay there again.

Hotel com localização ótima (perto da Termine), tem escadas para subir até a recepção, mas os funcionários ajudam com as malas. quarto de bom tamanho (com frigobar, chaleira elétrica, etc), só faltou o aquecedor de toalhas no banheiro. Não consumimos o café da manhã, por isso não temos opinião. Perto de pontos turísticos e de estação de metrô. Recomendo a todos. Voltaremos sempre!!

The room was generally comfortable, but unfortunately, I found 2 cockroaches in the room, which I didn’t make a fuss about and removed myself, but this certainly would put a lot of people off. That being said, the bathroom was very modern and clean, and the bed was very comfortable.

Llegué de madrugada y el chico ya tenía todo absolutamente listo para el check in, fue 1 minuto para este proceso, estuvieron súper pendientes de todo, el desayuno delicioso, realmente es un hotel que volveré sin dudarlo, es una muy buena opción en Roma, pues queda cerca a todo. Realmente estoy muy agradecido por las atenciones que tuvieron con nosotros, son los mejores!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and adequate size considering you are just using them to store your bags and sleep. No real down sides to this location. Centrally located 15 minutes to Trevi and 24 minutes to Piazza Nouva. No matter who worked the desk they were all really nice and willing to help. Would 100% stay again.
