Excellent hotel, lovely friendly staff, nice roof terrace with view of colleseum, garden area, with nice bar. Quiet location but 10 mins walk to hop on hop off bus stop 3. Lovely clean room. This hotel is a must, 5 min walk to bars and resturant and colleseum. 10 mins in a taxi ftom central rome 12 euros. Excellent price for sray as well nice breakfast. I would totally recommend this hotel a great find. Would go back definitely.

The hotel was perfect. Location is a plus so close to the coloseum. Great customer service. Everything was clean. I loved it. Breakfast was delicious, i recommend staying here

Very friendly staff, always willing to assist with questions, concerns etc. The location is perfect, well centered for anyone wanting to see all main attractions by walking. The room was very clean, well maintained and temps were easy to control. Will stay again next time in Rome.

Loved the intimate feeling of staying in a family-run hotel where staff treat you like a friend and go out of their way to ensure you have the best Roman experience possible. We had the good fortune of meeting the owner and her son, who treated us like family. Although within blocks of the Colosseum, the neighborhood feels miles away in terms of peacefulness. Can’t wait to return!

This was a wonderful property with helpful staff and a great breakfast. It’s in walking distance to the Colosseum and many outdoor Trattorias. There’s an inner, private courtyard that’s just perfect for a glass of wine.

Stayed April 2024 for 4 nights. One of our group was sick and the staff couldn’t have been better. They brought her tea and bread at my request and told us if she needed more to call down and they would bring her more, which they did. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great and location was fantastic. I will definitely stay here again.

It was good, except for not hot water for almost two days. But they have a nice breakfast and a great cappuccino.

Everything was great. First few days I walked to all of the sites but since the hotel isn’t in the center of town I eventually broke down and started using the Metro. Would recommend so long as you’re able to handle a lot of walking or are willing to use transportation.

I had a single room which was small and modest but also clean and excellent value. Friendly staff and great location. The only negative I can think of is that the Wi-Fi was a little slow when downloading movies.

This is a great place to stay. It’s very clean and convenient. You can walk to many places. There are also two Metro stations you wan walk to from the hotel.

We really enjoyed the location of this hotel! We were close to the hop on hop off bus stop and a stone's throw away from the Colosseum! Lots of nice restaurants close by and grocery stores also! The staff were very friendly and helpful also! Would definitely stay here again! the breakfast was outstanding also!!!

This hotel is very close to the Colosseum and a short cab ride to the train station. A beautiful hotel with very helpful and kind staff. Our room was very clean with an elevator to help with our luggage.

This was a pre cruise hotel stay. It is a nice hotel. The rooms are very small as with almost all hotels in Rome. We were close enough to walk to our tours at the Coliseum and the Vatican. Plenty of roof top cafes to eat at as well as sidewalk cafes. All streets in Rome are not clean at all but we felt safe walking at night and there were plenty of people about. The hotels is a neat place to stay.

An interesting, old fashioned type of property. Excellent location for Colosseum and Forum. Rooms I saw are small, especially bathrooms. Personally, not a fan of having to share a table with others for meals. No fridge in rooms or water provided.

The people at the hotel were super nice and it was very clean the rooms are really really small and inconvenient it's difficult to open your suitcase and have room to get around the room. The area is filled with graffiti and trash in the street. We found that to be the case in most of Rome that it was very very dirty and lots of graffiti and weeds

We had a lovely stay here at what is an excellently presented hotel. It is in a convenient location about 10-15 minutes walk from the Colosseum – our room was on the fifth floor and you could see it from the window. Staff were friendly and helpful too!

Hard Beds made Sleeping Impossible
The HARDEST beds we have ever had to sleep in!! Horrible for comfort! Hotel is quaint. Rooms very small which is fine for one night and service was quick - kind and efficient. Only complaint is we didn’t sleep much at all due to the beds.
