This place qas amazing, clean and the staff were really great and helpful. I recommend it and also because its in a great location for people visiting and wanting to ecplore Rome. Its super close to the train station too.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful at every turn. The room was clean and ready for us even though we arrived a few hours early. My only want would have been for a new mattress for one of the twin beds (mine unfortunately). Proximity was wonderful to all of the main attractions with plenty of local restaurants along the way. I would stay again.

The hotel was basic but served our needs at this price level. Walking distance to all amenities and sights and within a close proximity to the train station. Fresh linen and towels everyday was nice. Didn't opt for breakfast as there were so many cafes nearby that served our needs.

We enjoyed our stay at Giglio dell’ Opera! It’s not fancy but since we spend most of our time outside walking around Rome, the accommodations were perfect! Clean, comfortable, safe, and very close to good restaurants, the sites, and the train station!

Quaint Italian Hotel!

This is a quaint Italian Hotel. The staff was exceptional. It was within walking distance to trains, buses and metro .. when I come back I will be staying here.

We liked the fact that it’s located where there’s plenty of restaurants around the hotel. The hotel room was nice except for the foul smell coming from the toilet (kind a like sewer) that we have to open the window at all times.

Thank you for your hospitality. Do us all a small favor, work on your breakfast. Cheap jam on wrapped rusks and plain sand cake? We want to walk 7 hills, it takes more than pure sugar. It's so easy and inexpensive to confirm a good impression. Show us what you're made of. Cheers guys!

The home was fine. Room was clean. I liked that the towels were extra large, unlike the bathroom, which was very small. The bed was hard, but not bad. The breakfast was good. The pastries were fresh and delicious. The location was close to a main train station, which is very helpful.

Friendly service, clean room, close to activities and train station. Allowed early luggage drop off, safe & kept personal pc locked in office. Only complaint . Mattress very hard and limited sink counter space. Would stay again.

The hotel was hard to find due to its location behind some construction and found the rates were expensive compared to what I got from other European cities like Prague so this may be a Rome thing. It was a 10min walk from the termini train station which made it easy to get around once you get used to the hotel’s location. The main downside I had was the lack of space to put your stuff and the lack of chargers near the bed. Location would be the main reason you’d choose this hotel since we pretty much walked everywhere from this hotel (eg 20min walk to Colloseum)

Not very fancy, but for what time you plan on spending in the room, it’s great. $5 breakfast downstairs which includes bread and coffee and some sort of sandwiches which aren’t great, but it’ll do specially for $5. A/C in the room gets a 6/10 as it’s not very cool, but it’ll do. Wished it was colder when it was really hot though. The bathroom is nice and clean. The shower is great with a ton of water pressure. Area is excellent and you can walk to Roma Termini in 5 minutes.

Liked-location i.e. close to Termini and most local attractions. Disliked-hotel itself. Breakfast-Only cold breakfast offered but figured out much later only at breakfast. No refund given on card. Choices inadequate at breakfast. Room-fly in room; bit children; no solution offered despite informing hotel. Asked for extra pillows for all; only 1 given. Bathroom door lock broken; shower in wrong direction; no place to stand; no running hot water; had to hold switch continuously; extremely painful. Commode cover broken. Air conditioner control only with reception. Should not be listed on Expedia.
