Very clean and comfortable room. The breakfast room is always open so one can get a coffee or pastry or fruit any time. Apin, the proprietor, is super friendly, helpful and available. The location was excellent - walkable to the train station. 15 minutes to the Colosseum. Maybe 20 minutes to Trevi. 50 minute walk to Vatican. There is a good restaurant next door and lots of other restaurants and shopping nearby, I was concerned that there was no "reception desk" but Apin provided excellent directions on how to get to the building and how to get into the suite. I think the elevator is 2 feet by 4 feet, but was a really fun experience. Loved this property and would definitely stay again.

Great stay.

It was perfect. It was clean, and very modern and pretty. The hotel is in a perfect location. The hostess was great with helping us get transport to the airport.

Great place to stay in Rome. The was room larger than I needed and was quite nice and clean. Neighborhood was convienent to the Termi with lots of good resturants nearby. Would stay here again.

When in Rome, I would recommend it

Tommaso was an excellent host! He checked on us frequently from beginning to end. He also texted us after we left some items there. He even arranged another stay for us elsewhere when we decided to stay a day extra, since he was booked. Modern facilities, fresh yet modest breakfast. A very small cage elevator to the 4th floor, but you figure it out. I would stay again, and recommend to a friend.

Very nice and caring owner. Be prepared that there is no full-time front desk, and you may need to wait a couple of minutes before the owner arrives to check you in. It’s mentioned somewhere in the contract, but not at the top of it. Everything else is great, and my wife and I enjoyed our stay in it.

La mia esperienza é stata più che positiva. Il titolare è supergentile ed è stato davvero disponibile. La nostra camera oltre ad essere grande ed avere tutto il necessario era davvero ben arredata. La colazione causa covid ci é stata servita in camera (il che non ci è dispiaciuto) ed era una ricca colazione con tanto di frutta (non scontato). Situato al centro di Roma a due passi dalla stazione termini. Per il prossimo soggiorno a Roma conto di alloggiare nuovamente qui

Location was great. Near many good restaurants and shopping. Close to metro, bus, and taxi service. Difficult to find the first time around. The entrance is through doors as shown in pictures but access through the doors requires careful scrutiny of the doorbells. The location is not identified except by small name on the doorbell register. Once the system is figured out, no problem. The breakfast was fine but the promised boiled eggs never appeared.

Excellent rooms: very clean, modern and well kept. The place was built with excellent taste, from the rooms, to the kitchen, to the decoration. Excellent location: just a few minutes from the main attractions, just a few meters from major stores and resturants. You wont find a better location. Serena and Tomasso are excellent hosts. Very nice people, friendly, helpful and with excellent tips. I will stay in Domus Alberti every time I come to Rome.

El establecimiento es atendido por los hermanos Tomás y Serena, ambos se caracterizan por la entrega y dedicación para hacer de la estadía lo más placentera posible. La habitación es grande, luminosa. La cama y almohadas confortable, muy limpio, la ducha con muy buen caudal de agua. El desayuno es muy completo, y dejan habilitado el lugar (con insumos) para que durante el día puedas seguir consumiendo. En nuestro caso, nuestro avión salía por la tarde (el check out era a las 10.30 hs) y nos guardaron el equipaje e incluso nos ofrecieron un baño extra para cambiarnos y ducharnos. Es 100 % recomendable.

Établissement confortable et silencieux, très bien situé dans le quartier de Monti, nous avons quasiment tout fait à pied. Petit déjeuner continental très correct. Les hôtes Serena et Tommaso sont très gentils et n’hésiteront pas à vous conseiller et à rendre votre séjour plus agréable. Nous sommes très satisfaits et je conseille vivement cet établissement.

Great place for a great price. 10 minute walk from train station. Good neighborhood and easy access to all sights. Hint - Tommaso is getting an art history degree. If he provides unsolicited advice on where to go - take advantage of it.

10 min walk from Roma Termini. Hotel is on the 4th floor with an elevator. I took the Trevi room which was very spacious and clean. Tommaso and Serena are absolutely friendly and helpful! Breakfast was sufficient. On the whole, a pleasant experience!

This is a luxury first class small hotel just off Via Nazionale, rooms are large, very clean, mattresses and pillows are very comfortable (memory foam), the owners brother and sister are very accommating and very eager to help. Breakfast is self served open all day. Very nice place to stay in central rome, close to the Metro and Termini station and close to so many restaurants. Definitely will be back and recommend this place

Magnífico B&B

Realmente solo puedo tener buenas palabras para este B&B. Desde que llegas Tomasso te recibe con una sonrisa y miles de consejos. El comedor está lleno de cosas para desayunar y también puedes merendar si quieres. La habitación preciosa, limpia, espaciosa, las camas increíblemente cómodas y las almohadas geniales, perfecto para descansar después de todo el día visitando la ciudad. El baño muy amplio y con ducha con luces de colores. Está a 10 minutos de la estación de Termini y muy bien ubicado para visitar todo el centro. A parte tienes una estación de Metro a 5 minutos y una parada de bus a 20 metros. Serena, la hermana de Tomasso super amable, atenta, simpática, todo el rato preocupada para que tu estancia sea perfecta. Si vuelvo a Roma no dudaría en volver a este hotel!!! Muchas gracias por hacer que nuestra estancia sea de 10!!!!

Excellent B&B. Extremely clean, fresh. Bathroom was terrific. Roomy and well laid-out. Great shower. Great airconditioning - fast to get to temperature, quiet and cool. The room was incredibly quiet. Bed very comfortable with Tempurpedic style mattress. Tomasso and Serena were excellent hosts. 24 hour breakfast and snack room like a small restaurant. All kinds of breakfast food (like home!). Fresh milk, juices, bread, sandwich meats in individual packages, cereal, yogurt, coffee machine with hot chocolate, cappuccino, gourmet tea, EXCELLENT pastries. Beautiful furnishings and layout (better than the pictures!) Room a good size. Just right. Will be back!
