We have stayed here several times- it’s our go to in Rome because the location is perfect to all the sites and Claudia and Gerome take wonderful care of us! The rooms are perfectly appointed, stylish and comfortable with good WiFi. We will be back- hopefully many times!

The location was great. That is what you pay for. The toilet was work to flush. The shower doors were tiny and hard to get in or out of the shower. Also the shower did not drain very well so you were in about 3 inches of water the whole time. You could hear the neighbors. The location was great…

The hotel was in a great location, just walking distance to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain! Walking distance to the metro also. Was clean and perfect for my stay in Rome. I didn’t realize the reception desk closed at 8 pm but Claudia messaged me to check on my arrival time and we made everything work out! Would come back for sure!

Beware! This property will charge you a higher city tax than what Expedia shows. When asked about it there was no budging. Also, if you are needing multiple rooms make sure they are in the same location, we had 2 rooms that were in different buildings on different streets

Property is very close to (5 min) Trevi Fountain and all sights are within a 30 minute walk or less. Room was very small for 4 adults and toilet paper was not supplied after 1 roll ran out. Difficult to check in although they made arrangements to get in our room after 8pm which was nice and we enjoyed our stay

The description on hotels.com references parking as an amenity at the hotel. There was no parking nearby and I had to drag my kids with luggages through 95 degree heat for a 20 Minute walk after finding parking in a garage.

The property is definitely centrally located and walking distance to the Spanish steps, Colosseum and Trevi fountain. What I didn't like is the "first floor" is up at least a flight of stairs. They have an elevator, but it barely fits 1 person and 1 suitcase. We also didn't have hot water in our "deluxe suite" so we had to walk to another room and shower, etc. The walls are thin and we heard everything, but good news is that Italy closes its shops at 930pm, so it is pretty quiet after that. It was definitely an adventure staying there. Love the location but the building itself is old and needs to be upgraded.

Pros- Location Spacious room Kitchen The air conditioner Cons- Stairs - they are marble and very slippery. I slipped. The manager could care less. The elevator is tiny, so you have to make multiple trips if you have luggage. They say family friendly…we asked for a crib when we checked in and was denied. You have to give them advance notice. They have laundry listed as an amenity. You have to find something near by.

Unica cosa a favore la posizione, per il resto veramente una schifezza... Quasi 500 euro per una notte, senza riscaldamento, stanza sporchissima,bagni non puliti, mi dispiace non poter allegare le foto), roba usata sotto il letto e non aggiungo altro, sono andata in reception con le foto e mi èstato detto che nel giro di mezz'ora sarebbero venuti a pulire, non èvenuto nessuno... Sono dispiaciuta solo per una cosa, avevo portato a Roma le mie bimbe e avevo organizzato per loro. Sconsigliatissimo
