Plenty of sites, transit options, shopping, and restaurants in this area. Francesca was always friendly and immediate in responding to texts, and “the flower room” was charming. It was small, but very suitable as a landing spot after a full day of experiencing the glories of Rome. We’d stay here again.

Super easy check in process. Cleaning lady was helpful and good. Safe. Good location. Responsive and clean. Only thing I’d say is the AC didn’t seem full power or able to keep up with the super hot temps outside, but when I asked about that, they replied very quick and tried to help.

A great little gem - clean - outstanding location.

This is a great simple place to stay if you want to be in the hustle/bustle of Rome. It feels like Times Square with all the activity. Lots of places to eat and shop - steps away as are some of the majors sites. The hosts are great, a safe place to leave your luggage if you arrive early and then again, when you check out (10:00am), we picked it up at 17:00 and not issue. The room is very simple, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was fine and hot water flowed all the time. Housekeeping was friendly and kept the room neat/clean. If you have mobility issues - this is not the place for you. A few steps to get up to the elevator, however, the elevator does not always work. The rooms are on the 2nd floor so a long walk if you have heavy luggage to bring up/down. The owner was made aware and responded. I just think it is an older elevator and stuff happens. The owner provided a list of local places to eat, shop etc. and this was helpful. Both the subway and several of the major bus routes are just steps from the hotel. Download the bus/subway app of use Google maps. Easy in/out to the building - access with either the keys provided or the pin pad. For the cost/value we would return.

This apartment was so close to places like the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps etc and metro. You just go on the metro using your contactless payment or phone, no need to buy tickets. You're only a few stops from St Peters, colosseum etc. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, fridge, shops right next door for food, drink etc. Amazing!

Excellent stay

Fantastic stay at CH. our room was even lovelier than the photos, with a lot of evidence of how much thought had been out into the design. High ceilings, lovely tiling in the bathroom, and great vibes. And even though the street below was quite lively at times, the windows provided great soundproofing when closed. Francesca was super helpful with answers to our questions, the cleaning staff did a great job, and we loved the neighborhood, which has great restaurants, walks, and shops all around. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Rome.
