不喜歡：住宿環境和硬體
Don’t stay here, beware! This apartment has an absolutely horrible smell, of cigarettes I think or some kind of burn. It’s so bad you can smell it through the front door as you approach. We couldn’t even stand to be in the living room. We washed our clothes there and let them air dry because it was day 7 of our trip through Italy, which was a huge mistake. Our clothes still stink after washing them twice at our next stop. Clothes we didn’t even wash there stink just from being in the same suitcase.
We didn’t have cancellation insurance unfortunately, so we contacted the representative (from the Vicky company) upon arrival to try to get a refund, and they pretended they had never heard of the issue, which is impossible frankly. After playing dumb like that, they just stopped responding to us. We seriously contemplated spending an extra thousand euros to rent elsewhere for the 4 nights, but decided to tough it out. The bedroom was barely acceptable if you shut the door and opened the window.
The remote entry was also a big problem. As mentioned in another review, this apartment is in a cellular dead zone, so a few times we had a really hard time unlocking the door. One of us would have to be on the street to unlock with cell phone while the other was at the door. So stupid.
By far the worst experience staying anywhere in our lives.
