Great property in my favourite area of Rome away from the crowds. Apartment was very spacious and had everything you need. All of the check in process needed to be completed ahead of time online different than a hotel which I didn’t know when I booked but the staff sent messages to let you know to complete check in and they were accommodating to timing of arrival.

The apartment was lovely, spacious and exactly what as advertised. The communication with their management staff was excellent, regular WhatsApp messages to check if we were ok and rectify any issues. The coffee machine didn’t work and they replaced it immediately which was really helpful. Will be staying with BeMate again!

The apartment was spacious and very well appointed, decorated tastefully. The staff was attentive, helpful, flexible and responsive. I would definitely stay here again the next time i come to Rome. Gracie Mille!

We just finished a 5 day trip in Rome. We are a family of 5. Stayed at this property and we were very happy with the size of the apartment. We loved to walk so it was not a problem to walk through Rome all the way to Spanish Steps, maybe a 35 min walk. The walk is amazing through all the buildings and small roads. Where this apartment is located feels like a more authentic Italian neighborhood not the huge buildings. Love the coffee spot right on the corner for the mornings. Groceries were a quick walk from the apartment. There is a washing machine/dryer combo unit but it realy didn't dry the clothes. We hung most around the apartment to dry which was fine. Food options is right outside so didn't have to search for food. Highly recommend this apartment, Seemed very safe with the main door down below which you need a key fob to enter. I especially liked the ability to unlock the main door and the apartment door from your phone, especially when you have older kids that come home at a different time. Don't let the drive from the airport to the apartment freak you out. I didn't realize Rome would be that prevalent with graffiti but it was. Once we got settled in and walked out for the first time we were so pleasantly surprised at the location and forgot about the drive from the airport.

Great stay in Trastavere

This apartment was amazing! Wonderfully decorated, comfortable, and close to everything. Our host Annalisa communicated very well with us so check in was effortless. The building has an elevator and all amenities are top-notch. I would 100% stay here again.

Nice, roomy apartment to stay

I am very happy with our stay. Location is close to all main attractions of Rome but far enough from crazy crowds roaming Rome nowadays. Please is clean, roomy and well equipped. Customer service is attentive. I definetely stay again.

DO NOT stay at this place. Yes, its modern and clean but lacks the most basic thing - enough hot water. We were a couple and only one of us was able to take a shower. After that the hot water ran out. When we called the help line, we were told to wait until the boiler can make enough hot water for the 2nd person to shower!!! Unheard of. We waited for 50 min. Absurd!!! The owner should invest in a properly sized water heater instead of fancy floors.
