The worst experience we’ve had by far. Front desk lied about not knowing how to speak English when I called and asked about shuttle service- transferred me to another line that no one answers. Called main line only available in Italian The room was horrible, good thing we only had to stay overnight to catch a flight the following morning. Would not recommend staying there

There is no excuse for having mold in a shower. It is clearly visible for housekeeping to see each day. And when you send an email asking how things are, and someone replies, what good does it do if you do not follow up. Why have a phone in the room if it is impossible to reach anyone at the hotel. How about some information in the room to explain how to operate the TV system when it is set to Polish language and impossible to remedy without information.

Excellent option for staying when traveling to or from Fiumicino. The staff is very nice, the rooms are very clean, and the hotel is in a mall, so there are many shopping and dining options.

Nice place to stay before flying out of Rome. Beds were very comfortable. Staff gave us an unexpected wake up call stating we missed our airport transfer but he misread the time. That was a bit inconvenient but I know it was a mistake. Bathrooms had a very strong musty smell. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is a bit sparse but adequate. It was clean. Best thing is it is directly next to a very large mall with a large food court, movie theater and plenty to do to keep one busy if you have to kill time. Access to the airport is excellent.

The location was close and convenient to the airport and across the street from the train station. It was cheaper than other options in the area. The breakfast was excellent. Check-in was easy. The room had chipped walls and exposed corner bead. The bathroom had black mold around the shower.

Property was good for stay before an early flight. Hotel site said shuttle did not start until 5:30am but actually once we arrived at the hotel they offered a 4:15am shuttle which was perfect for our 6:00 flight. We were able to check in 2 hours early no problem, rooms were ready. Hotel was clean, steps to the train and shopping center with dining. Very pleased with the hotel.

Comfortable room, great breakfast, affordable transportation from the hotel to the airport. NOTE! Just because this hotel is close to the airport, don’t expect a reasonable rate for the cab ride to the hotel. Expect to pay E40 (all the way to Rome is E50). At least this hotel offers a shuttle at around 10am for E6 per person.

Quick stay
Quick overnight stop before flying the next day. While it’s a basic hotel, it was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Best sleep I have had in three weeks!

The front desk staff was most helpful! The room was clean and quiet. Very negative, not in your control-the elevators at the overhead crossing for the train do not work. I was unaware there were two B & B properties, one on each side of the tracks, and I chose the one that required crossing the tracks. We had been in Italy for over a week, so we packed large suitcases. That was a chore getting them up and then down the stairs.

Great location close to airport. Bed was comfortable. We arrived very late, 2am, and the check in was terrible. Took a long time with too much confusion. The shower head had a very sharp edge and i cut my thumb open.
