Everything was great except the wifi does not work. Room were very clean and the staff made the check in process incredibly straight forward.

Comfortable room in a pleasant part of town. The private room is located in an apartment which has two other private rooms and a small shared kitchen space, complete with microwave, cooktop, and refrigerator. The bedroom was cozy with a comfortable bed, bathroom, and storage spaces. The location is a little outside of the main tourist area, but that made it more pleasant in our opinion. It was quieter and more relaxed. There are a few nice restaurants and bakeries very close by and a small grocery store across the street for snack runs. The host was always responsive and helpful and even allowed us to check in a little earlier than planned.

Beautiful boutique hotel. The location was excellent: we walked to most places, including Il Colosseo, which was 25 min away. Roma Termini is just 15 min away. My room was huge, with a king size bed, very unusual in European hotels. Very nice bathroom. Extremely clean. No receptionist, but the communication with the hotel’s team via WhatsApp was always easy and fast. I will come back to Rome and, without any doubt, I will book a room here.

Walking distance from the main train station as well as all the major tourist sights. Property was clean, well maintained. It is in the center so has the noise levels of such but the curtains do a good job of dampening it. The door opening system on the mobile once you get use to it is easy to use. Would use again very good price, location and helpful staff.

The property was quite convenient in terms of transportation and walkability as well a lot of dining options around. Also love their pillows which they gave 2 per person. One firm memory foam and the other was medium.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The communal area was clean, nice, and well-equipped for dining. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious. However, the final night presented a significant issue. A couple arrived at 2:00 AM without check-in information and were left unattended in the communal area. I spent nearly an hour assisting them in contacting support. While the owner expressed gratitude upon notification, no apology was offered for the inconvenience.
