Good size and location

Hotel is in a nice area. Not too noisy or busy, but still a good selection of places at eat and things to see. Slightly far from public transport however. The room was clean and in good condition. Quite spacious with plenty of room to move around. I only had a few minor issues. I felt the shutters outside made the room a bit dark, there was an iron provided but no ironing board, and I had difficulty closing the bathroom window. Other than that, I'd happily stay here again.

サイトに表示してあった毎日のハウスキーピングには、タオル交換はありません。交換を望む場合は€30でした。またお荷物保管サービス・手荷物保管サービスは€10です。 立地・部屋が良かっただけに、記載されていない内容を言われてしまい、大変困惑しましたので、こちらを検討される場合は参考にして下さい。

Infelizmente não foi como imaginei! O apartamento é muito bom, porém o gerente é um poço de ignorância, fomos muito maltratados, ele chegou ao ponto de dizer que chamaria a polícia, porque brasileiro é safado! Portanto não recomendo

Det var en fin lägenhet, bra AC men vi fick inte Wi-Fi att fungera alls under våra 5 dagar. Bara någon som kunde hjälplig engelska i receptionen, annars var det italienska och teckenspråk. Men bra helhetsintryck, en bit att gå till de stora sevärdheterna dock.

Super clean and the apartment looked exactly as advertised. Modern kitchen and bathroom, and the air conditioning was much appreciated after a long day in the heat. Very close to Villa Borghese and the metro. There was also an excellent budget cafe two doors down. We loved our stay!

The staff were very friendly during check in. The property itself seemed warn and in need of some renovation (holes in walls, etc). The room was as shown in the pictures, The room itself was warm so I asked about air conditioning (AC) which is advertised as an amenity that the hotel offers. I was told there was no AC and rather it was too cold outside (78-80 degrees) to need it. This was very disappointing. The weather was only going to become hotter during our stay so we decided to check out the same day and check into another hotel in the area that provided AC.

A restful stay

The apartment was restful and very nice. It has a 24 hr security and although it managing 38 studio apartments, the environment is quiet. Room is brightly lit with natural light in the day and in room lighting which made it homely. Fully functional kitchenette and bathroom and abundant hot water to both areas. Bed provided good support and comfortable. Although clean towels were not provided during our 5 day stay but we managed. Daily housekeeping was provided except on Sunday and the room is very clean. There is no English channel on TV. Coffee machine was provided with daily expresso refill. Excellent wifi speed and heating system was efficient. Conveniently located, 15 mins walk to Spanish Steps via Ludisivi and Sistina and once your reach Via Del Corso, u can walk to any attractions within half an hour. Excelsior Westin Hotel is round the corner and at the taxi stand outside, 10 Euro will take u to Vatican City. Convenient shop a few steps away where u can pick up snacks, water etc. Lastly our host is very responsive on the day we check in to ensure we are all provided for .
