Staff somewhat nice somewhat ok, no one is nice, no one is smiling. They look miserable to be there. Rooms are nice, beds very comfortable. My room was close to some cleaning supplies room, they were smashing its door at 4 am till 6. Location is very good, restaurants on every corner, close to attractions. Very close to parking garage that costs. 40euro per day.

I enjoyed my stay here as it was in the historical center of Rome and allowed for us to scooter quickly to any tourist destinations however it was quite a ways away from good food and dining. Overall a nice stay

The front desk staff, the porters, the breakfast staff were all friendly and helpful. Our 'quadruple' room was well laid out and comfortable. We arrived early but were able to go to the room as soon as it was ready -- a true gift after an overnight flight. Recommended!

We were very pleased with this property. We felt very welcomed from the time we walked in and our room was very comfortable and cool. After a long day of travel and the heat, we could not have been happier. We also enjoyed the wide variety of breakfast options and excellent coffee.

This was a very nice property. The hotel was well taken care of, clean and convenient. The rooms and bathroom were pretty tight, but they were effective and clean. The breakfast was very good, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We certainly would stay there again without hesitation.
