"Upon check in, I asked the receptionist if she had a nice room for me… she didn’t even reply… I checked in, there was hair all over the floor, the room obviously wasn’t vacuumed. The following morning at around 9am the cleaners were tapping loudly in the corridor, obviously a tactic to wake up travellers ..."

Continental Hotel Budapest
"Air con not working correctly- reported twice and nothing done. 1 day of no hot water. Very soft sponge beds. Can hear through the walls easily. Breakfast buffet always cold food. Only reason to stay here is roof top pool but Radisson Blu Béke is much better than this hotel"
