「Perfect stay! Even upgraded us for free! 」

「Pictures do not do this gem of a place justice. Check in was a breeze, the pub is quirky, but the accommodation was fantastic, quiet, comfortable and clean....all wrapped up in a 300 year old stone building. Such a beautiful spot, probably our fave and would love to return.」

「The room as always was clean and amenities excellent. We also received complementary glass of fizz as a thank you for returning. Super dog friendly in the restaurant as well, good choice of food and drink reasonably proceed. The service from everyone was great and they made our dogs Mia feel very welcome. 」

「This property is in a quiet village and the local views are stunning. My only criticism is the lack of electronic device charging ports. Many pubs are switching at least the bedside power receptacles to the ones with built in usb ports. Other than this small inconvenience it was perfect 」

「Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Our family enjoyed the buffet breakfast too. Great value for a family on a budget.」

「We loved our stay at The Geroge Townhouse. The room was spacious and even had a nespresso machine so we felt we had hit something luxurious and, in many ways, we had! The bathroom was huge, warm and had a wonderful shower where you can have a large spray head or a small one. Choice! Meals were great. Staff were great. What else can I say?」

「Delightful place to stay in the Cotswolds. Very picturesque, lovely cosy pub serving great food. Log fire too! Compact rooms with all amenities. Staff are extremely helpful, pleasant and a good atmosphere. Excellent choice at breakfast. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you. 」

「Propert has lots of character - room was clean and well appointed. Wifi enabled shower was an intriguing and quite baffling surprise. Dinner and breakfast at the Sheep were excellent - although neither was included in the hotel rate. Very pleased with the stay here.」

「Located in a small village and overlooking the scenic Cotswolds, this small hotel has plenty to offer in fine dining. A car is a must, however there are pleasant and short drives to nearby walkable towns. 」
