「Everything was great. The room was impeccably clean, but we were missing face cloths, the lights above the beds didn't work (needed new lightbulbs maybe?), and the TV remote was missing. It was late at night when we discovered these things so no one was there to call and it certainly wasn't an emergency. 「Wonderful room, cool decor and such a neat building. The bed was super comfortable and the space to hang out in the room was relaxing. Location is perfect for browsing the shops and eating out. Using text to communicate with the concierge was also very convenient and easy.」

「We enjoyed our two night stay immensely. How could we not, with a lovely view of Good Harbor Beach and a seven minute walk to get there. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and welcoming. The property is clean, attractive and well maintained and the Continental Breakfast was well-stocked and appreciated. The ONLY downsides: the water, which took several minutes to get hot (which they made us aware of at check-in) and the shower which was a bit crowded with the soap dispensers on the wall. And...

「Sweet spot on the mighty Merrimac river. Great location. Walk over the bridge to Newburyport. Stayed off season. Room was clean, nicely furnished. No staff onsite, that I was aware of. Code was emailed, and let ourself in.」

「It was good for an overnight stay. For a longer stay, I would prefer a property that has a staff available to address any issues. The room was clean, except for one pillowcase that looked as if it had not been changed (there were mascara stains all over it). With no front desk staff, we opted to use the extra pillows that were provided in the closet. Other than that, it was a nice, clean, quiet property.」

「Have stayed here twice. Very convenient to the college, easy check-in. Both times we were here, there was a blizzard, but the host helped dig our car out and kept the property clean and passable. Would stay again. 」

「Beautiful layout. It is so well kept and main building still has old world charm. Inside and out seem like they have just been renovated. Very nice. Pool was great! furnishings excellent. Will definitely go back.」
