「I stay there everytime we went to glenwood spring, the room and services always good. Just one thing wired since when hotel charged money for parking, but the front desk lady gave us water and snacks instead, fair enough.」

「Just ok. The hotel only has one very slow elevator. The breakfast was terrible, powdered eggs and bad bread for toast, overripe bananas. We ended up leaving earlier than originally planned and skipped breakfast the next morning. There were alot of street people in the parking lot or close to it, didn't feel safe. Would not recommend this hotel.」

「Paid for the room with jacuzzi tub. The tub sounded like you were flying in an airplane. So loud to the point I couldn’t use the jacuzzi. Additionally, when I first turned it on a big wad of hair shot out of the jets. Sort of gross. Staff was friendly and helpful but don’t recommend paying the extra money for the jacuzzi tub. Definitely not worth it.」
