"Great rooms and service. Unfortunately, the hotel is fully under reno, so a lot of access was locked off and we had to go through a lot to get to our room. Other than that I would absolutely stay here again!"

"Upon arrival our extra lock was over our door so we couldn't get in. Informed room service in the hall and maintenance was called and he showed up promptly to help us get in. We had a pool side room and the outside auto button to get in was missing its cover but it still worked. Strangers socks were found between bed and the wall. There was only free coffee in the room no complimentary coffee bar in lobby. Other than that. great place. warm pools and HOT hot tubs. Very accommodating with early check in and late check out."
