「Check in process was confusing, remotes were missing in the main bedroom couldnt connect or make it work with the other remote. Air-conditioning didnt work properly for three nights after the second day they suggested a different unit because they had to confirm it wasn't working first, absolutely ridiculous. This was an experience that I will never forget a first and last never again.」

「Communication with the host was excellent. The apartment is secure and the rooms are bright, roomy, and well air conditioned. The kitchen is spacious and all appliances are provided. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment was great. Parking garage is secure and elevator to apartment is conveniently accessible. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but sheets and towels could be in better condition.」

「This place was terrible. Primary bed was broken, couch was broken, mold in the shower, rust completely inside and outside of the coffee pot. Entry is really complicated, there are 3-4 different gates all with different gate codes and we didn’t receive the right codes to get in. No one will ever answer the phone, you can only email and when I told them everything wrong and that I didn’t want to stay there because beds were terrible and everything was broken, dirty and not cared for they refused...
