"During our stay at this lodging, from July 3 to July 5, the staff was very attentive and kind. We especially want to recognize the couple in charge of the place, who always showed a warm, respectful, and very human approach toward the guests.
On July 4, our family went through an unpleasant situation at another hotel. My daughter, her husband, and their children needed a solution, but because it was a holiday weekend, it was very difficult for us to find available rooms in the Rockport area.
We spoke with the couple in charge to see if there was any possibility of helping our family with the room, since my husband and I were even considering driving back to Austin that same night, around 8:00 p.m. In a very humane, understanding, and kind way, they approached us and helped us resolve the situation.
Thanks to their gesture, a night that seemed very complicated ended much better for our family. The children were able to enjoy the pool, and we felt supported during a difficult moment. Their kindness and human quality made our stay unforgettable.
