"Amazing stay good customer service "

"It was a terrible experience and I checked out within an hour of checking in. I killed 2 bugs flying around my room, found mold and spider webs behind the curtains but I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe it was a fluke thing. Then when I went to shower, I found a tick type bug on the floor and was done. I tried to check out and while the hotel staff was nice, Expedia was ultimately no help in getting me a refund."

"The lobby area was very nice and we were greeted by the front desk staff immediately! She was wonderful and welcoming. She told us about all the amenities and sent us on our way. Our room was very nice and the beds were comfy. It was quiet and we all slept like a baby. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying with Aloft hotels again!!! "

"Great staff, great Area, nice and clean, but the only thing is people don’t know how to keep places nice and clean, people put their trash out side of their doors instead of being courteous and just walk down stairs and throw their” OWN” TRASH AWAY” this isn’t a uptown suits or motel 6 Have respect for a nice clean environment "

"Supervisor at the front desk needs better customer service skills especially if your a Supervisor you need to lead as an example. You want customers to book and come back with bad service and everything breaking."
