"Impressed by front desk. Attentive and friendly. In my opinion that’s what makes me come back."

"We had stayed here before and it was fine. This time, we paid the 25 dollar early check in fee but they put us in a room that had not even been cleaned yet. The room had sheets everywhere and trash still in the bins. We went to the front and they moved us to a room that smelled like cigarettes. Just terrible this visit. It is terrible to pay for the early check in and get a smoking room not asked for."

"Breakfast was good. Parking easy. Only issue was that there was a lack of hot water in the room. Barely warm at times."

"Our room was very clean and the staff were all wonderful and they checked in with us often. There were two ladies that worked the front desk that always said hi to us and our daughter. A kitchen staff, Shirley, always checked in to ask how things were and even noticed we weren’t at breakfast one day and was sad she didn’t get to say hi. The breakfast options were delicious and rotated daily. The parking was easy to get to and find a spot. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. It seems like a great place to work and it was a great place to stay for our vacation! We will definitely use this hotel again!"

"Under construction, have the work crews clean up wjen they are done for the day. Dont leave glue on the floors where guests have to walk."

"The hotel was old and there is no access to an elevator without having to go behind the building and around through the outside to get to the elevator. When you're in the elevator it bangs and shakes and feels very unsafe. When we got to the second floor, there was caution tape all over the stairs and the balconies. The hotel is just really old."
