"Welcoming front desk staff and very quiet"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and modern. Basically it was just a couple odd things like the toilet would run if you didn’t jiggle handle, treadmill was really loud, coffee maker in room didn’t work as instructed, nothing big. Certainly would stay again. "

"My sister and I had a great few days' stay here - we were greeted warmly by the front desk staff and our room was ready a bit before standard check-in time, which was a nice surprise. The room was nice and decently appointed. We weren't spending much time in the room so it wasn't too important to us. Bar Mason was convenient - and the food was tasty too! Service at the bar was friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend staying here if you're in Guelph."

"Comfort Inn was excellent value, with comfortable beds and lovely staff. The room is a bit small for 4 people would be my only complaint. Chrystal who served breakfast was really lovely and kind to our family. "

"I was happy overall with our stay. Breakfast was good. Love that you can have tea in the afternoon. The only downside was the outside door to our room. I thought it was a great advantage except I could not access from outside. And The parking spot outside that door should be marked for the room as well. Overall the stay was great. "

"My biggest issue with staying at the hotel was the level of noise. I came here to rest after a long day. 10 minutes after I enter my room I heard constant screams from the hallway. I opened my door and saw a bunch of kids screaming their head off and running through the corridor. I called the front desk and asked to send someone to take care of the situation. It DID NOT HELP! The running and screaming persisted. I called again and the answer I got was "I talked to them. They are running races...". I didn't realize that I rented a room on a race track. My second issue, I booked the room well in advance and asked for the highest floor of the hotel. Then called again a couple of days before and made sure that the hotel has my request. When I registered, I got the 3rd floor rather than the 4th. I was told that "this is all we have". I said I requested it well in advance, but that was not honored. That, combined with the running and screaming made me very upset."
